Bo's Ice Cream has been apart of Tampa's history for as long as I can remember. Bo's is known for a more authentic taste. I wasn't as impressed as I've been in the past with the quality. The ice cream left an aftertaste and the cone was somewhat old and hard like it's been sitting for a bit. The presentation was nice and the size of a medium cone was bigger than expected. Customer Service was on point. The young ladies were fast and friendly.

The ice cream was so good. Polite staff. Extremely good prices! I would have given 5 but for a family place where kids frequent they need a customer only bathroom.
This place is a treasure to myself and my husband. My grandmother used to take me here when I was a little girl and it brings back great memories every time we go. The service is always friendly and the ice cream is always yummy! ?
The staff is amazing, polite, and helpful. Their ice cream is the best, and the flavor choices make a decision difficult. This wonderful local business supports the community in countless ways. Worth the wait in line on all counts.
I’ve cream is always delicious. I would suggest sticking to the “mini”. The girl at the counter was nice; unfortunately she didn’t have very much help.
Love this place, Bo's is Tampa's little piece of ice cream heaven. It's definitely a family favorite with a park conveniently located across the street.
The place is nice with a traditional feel. I keep coming like every two weeks with my family. But I do have a bad experience with one staff, I arrives 10 minutes before close and there was a line. No one was behind me when it was my turn to order and he closed the window on my face. It would have been polite although there was no one after me to take the order. There was minutes to close, it was a Wednesday. Since then, I don't go on a Wednesday night. Or any night.
The ice cream is very delicious. Not too sweet with a nice smooth finish. Also, the customer service is great. Also, the employees we met that day were welcoming and engaging.
Usually get good service the gentleman that was working there did come outside and take my order I'll give him a 10 but service changed as soon as I got to the cashier everything chanced very short n rude. She took my chance without even asking n put it in her tip jar I don't care if it was 50cent it was not hers to keep. Differently need to be trained on customer service and handling money.
