Worst experience I've had here. The server was not attentive to our needs. Food came out to fast and felt rushed. Asked for manager, never saw one. So I guess they don't care about their customers needs.

This place is so awesome! Good value for what you get too. Service was great, food was great. Didn't realize you actually cook your own steak on the hot plate they give you. The sauces are so good. Highly recommend the Mac n cheese, and the baked potatoes, and the chili. There was a bit of a wait, but not long. Really have nothing but good things to say about this place and will definitely be back!

Filet & prime rib with mac & cheese and green bean sides. A fun place to eat! Food was delicious! Prices fair but slightly on high end. Wait staff friendly & accommodating. A little smokey inside at end of our dining experience and would not recommend if you have serious lung issues.

My wife and I went here tonight for our 12th anniversary. We had the worst server ever. Impatient and rude. She didn't want to give us time to look at the menu or give suggestions to help. We let her know it was our first time there but she didn't even explain how the black stone worked. She pretty much just threw our food at us and only checked on us to try to hurry us along. We didn't get her name, she never even told us anyway, but the service she provided was sub par. The food on the other hand was amazing. We had lobster dip as the appetizer,, that was very flavorful.. We got the steak and ribs for main course. Best steak, very tender, the ribs were well seasoned. For the price we paid, the service should have been way better! I'm very disappointed about the disregard and the lack of service. It made what should have been a special night, not so pleasant. I gave a 3 as a rating only because the food, and the atmosphere. If the service was better, that would have been awesome.

Service was pretty good. We went on Valentine's night and even with a call ahead we waited 30 min. Ordered the Black Rock Hurricane...wow. definitely worth you $$.We also ordered the Lobster Dip at the bar. Our table was ready before the appetizer came out. Our server Danielle was pleasant and very friendly. She had our shrimp appetizer served up quickly. It was crispy and server with a spicy sauce. Yum. Our lobster dip took a while yo come out and it wasn't hot, but Danielle made it right with us. The filets...mouthwatering. They serve it with an aus ju...melts in your mouth! We enjoyed the sides even though green beans are not as cooked as I like them. We look forward to returning.

Lauren was absolutely fantastic, good sense of humor and very attentive. We ordered the filet but it came raw and we had to cook it ourselves; oh wait a minute that’s the concept! Well hats off to the cook the steak was cooked perfectly! Lauren was gracious and split the tip with the cook. Thanks for a great night and laughs Lauren!!!

Food was very yummy and was an amazing experience! My boyfriend and I had went to celebrate our anniversary, it’s a great place for a date night! Warning, if you are sensitive to grease it may be best to not order you cooking on the rock. But if not, I do recommend!

Great date night. Very cool concept where you cook your own steak bite by bite. All of our side dishes were delicious as well. Tori was very friendly and walked us through the process as fist time guests. Will definitely come again.

This was our first dining experience here at Black Rock. They did not disappoint whatsoever. From the time that we entered until we finished our meals, we were treated with excellent customer service. The Host - Tori, was very pleasant. Once seated, my wife and I received the most outstanding customer service (waitress, Hannah) that we’ve ever received when dining in quite a while. Not sure of the bartenders name, nonetheless, the drinks were very good also. The food was definitely worth the wait. The food was extremely well prepared. Hannah, thoroughly explained how to cook the steaks on the stone, then allowed us to enjoy our meal. (Thank you Chefs) Due to our outstanding experience, we will definitely be returning. As I mentioned to one of the managers there, it seems as though people will find something to complain about, but rarely take time out to say “Thank you.” I wanted to thank the entire staff for a great dining experience.

A family lunch on a cold and dreary day. The food was very good overall with a couple of crowd pleasers. The lobster dip was awesome and the fried mozzarella moons the same. The place was clean, our server was very pleasant and we were given the choice of cooking our own steak or having the kitchen cook them. I opted to cook my ribeye, which is cut to resemble a filet, on the hot black rock at my table. While a fun option, someone is getting a face full of smoke, which I did not mind. The steak however was just ok. A good cut of beef and tender but not that flavorful. A fun place to visit but they are not knocking it out of the park. No plans to return as food not worth the price.
