I love local mom & pop places that use fresh ingredients in flavorful dishes. I have driven by here so many times and glad we finally stopped in for a date night that we were not disappointed on.We were so pleased with the recommendations and fresh tastes. My first time was just a few days ago. I caught them just a few minutes before they closed but they were happy to serve me and were even dog friendly in their outside section so my 4 legged friend could join. I didn’t know you could pack so much flavor into one banh mi. I loved it so much that I went home, skipped breakfast the next day just to be good and hungry and came back for my very next meal. Highly recommend
Fantastic. Absolute gem. Many delicious vegetarian and meat options. You'd never guess as you drive by but this is a can't miss.
AMAZING! I’ve driven by this place a million times. Today my family and I gave it a try and were instantly hooked! The ingredients are all so fresh and the flavors are so well balanced. We will be regulars from now on. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.
High quality food in an informal setting - A less formal menu than Restaurant BT, but excellent quality. Several Bento box options (shrimp, chicken, tofu) for dinner and banh mi options at lunch. The chicken pho consommé (part of several dishes) deserves to be a standalone dish – infused with star anise and other spices, it is an aromatic delight. Service was prompt and attentive.

I don't like post negative reviews, but This is the worst Pho I had been. The soup is not flavorful nor authentic and overpriced.
I studied abroad in Vietnam so I have OPINIONS about Viet food. It was delicious. The Bahn Mi is incredible. Perfect fusion of Viet and French. All of the soups are delicious. The tea selection is Devine and also deserves a shout out

Bistro BT is my favorite spot in the area for authentic Vietnamese pho. My husband and I found this gem thanks to our fellow Yelpers and lucky for us, its close to home. Everything we've ordered has been made fresh and you can taste it. The beef tenderloin pho is some of the best pho I've had in years, and the chicken fresh rolls are also a must try. The space is small with sheer curtains separating the tables, plus additional seating outdoors.
