Why is the rice ALWAYS undercooked? I want to love the tuna bowl but the rice ruined it.
I usually give more than chance before I write a bad review. I placed an order 2 different times online, arrived after the time given and both times they did not start my order until after I arrived to pick it up. They also didn't make my correct order. First they completely forgot one of the bowls I ordered then they forgot to add the crunchy onions and scallions and added items that I didn't ask for. S Tampa has too many good places to eat so I will not be returning.
I love everything on the menu. Aside from the food being awesome, the staff and owner are amazing. After someone hit my car and sped off, Yuri and Brittney helped me handle the situation and even stayed after hours to ensure everything was taken care of. Top notch customer service!! I’m beyond thankful and will continue being a regular customer!
I am going to be sick. Do not waste your money or your health!
This place has gotten significantly worse. The ‘Spicy Tuna’ is just diced up tuna with sauce on a few of the pieces. Not worth it
I am not an angry reviewer with a chip on my shoulder. I'm a normal poke loving, tip giving, service industry supporting individual.That being said...these were the worst poke bowls I've ever had. The fish is fileted like my 3 year old cut it with a plastic knife. There was no rice. And it tasted off.Come on guys...all you have to do is watch some YouTube videos on cutting fish, add a lot more rice, and you could actually have a good Poke spot. Stop being lazy. Less fish(there was a ton of fish AND IT WASTES the owners money) and spread out the ingredients.
Havent tried his restaurant but i sure wish Eric Long would update his phone number with his people so theyd quit texting me while theyre having a good old time in Vegas without me. Been entertaining tho.
The large poke bowl is the way to go! 3 proteins and it’s huge! So good! Some of the reviews on google are insane… for example, “the pieces of fish are too large” - that’s ridiculous. If you want small portions of fish then go to a Japanese sushi joint. This is Hawaiian cuisine. I can’t believe anyone would give their poke bowls a negative review.
Very easy menu, the guy with long hair was super cool, got my order from a very nice girl, both were very professional and helpful, the food and drink were great and tasted fresh. I ordered the Lightning and Immunity. I'd recommend at least trying it.
This place is terrible, twice now I’ve put in take out orders and they both were ready 30 min after the pick up time. They make you wait behind the other cars when your food should be ready to go. Don’t waste your time going here.
