Terrible customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Absolute horrific experience.

my first time here..from food to staff to embiance..wonderful!! definitely a new favorite place!

The food was decent. Nothing bad really but nothing for a raving review either. Portion sizes are on the heftier side and it smack dab in the middle of Ybor so dinner here and night life afterwards makes things easy. My husband had the duck, which he raved about. I had the gnocchi, which was a bit too soupy. Either way, we will go back. The ambience of the place was nice.

The service and food was very good??

My wife and I came late after Bryan Callen show at Tampa Improv. They had immediate seating on the front walk. Our server Jill was fantastic!!! Prompt, and so sweet, a true professional. We both had a pizza, margherita and a pepperoni/sausage/mushroom. Great crust, simple pizza that we really enjoyed. Lots of cold Yuengling and generous on the wine pour. Bonus, Bryan, his girlfriend and his openers came by to eat and were generous with their time and photos. Pros: Great service, great food, outdoor dining, people watching. Cons: People watching. Some real beauties running around Ybor on a Saturday night. A homeless gentleman welcomed himself to our table, but Jill was very respectful with him and no real issues.

Sat at the bar and was greeted by a gentleman within the first minute of sitting. While asking about recommendations he mentioned it was his first day and hasn’t been able to dive deep into the yet. The issue was the one woman behind the bar who looked to be training the new bartender. She not only looked like she didn’t want to be there one more minute but was rude and even during the one encounter with her she totally forgot to make my drink but had the time to ring it into the computer. Great food and awesome new staff, unfortunately the trainer ruined the experience for us.

Awesome veal lasagna and $3 happy hour martini’s!! We were able to walk from our Hampton Hotel to Bernini’s! Will definitely return.

My crew and I walked the strip for a bit, walked into one place but the vibe was not right. We stubbled in this ( BERNiNi) and let me tellllll you from welcome to the drinks to the food was amazing!!!!!! If you can ask for James he will set you right. I highly recommend a visit especially during the happy hour.

We were very excited to try this place after seeing the positive Google reviews, and that just made it all that more disappointing.Risotto was over-cooked, gluey texture, and flavorless- I don’t even think it was Arborio rice. The Panko-crusted flounder on the risotto was also flavorless and 100% was a frozen fried fish-in-a-bag. Fish was mushy, and the batter was soggy.Lastly, the service was about as bad as the food. Took 35 minutes to get bread that we ordered, and when we ordered appetizers, they never came. Drinks from the bar took 30 minutes, and our server claimed the bar was backed up but I could look right over and see that wasn’t true. All around, Bernini is a big Ber-no-no.

Excellent food, phenomenal service and a beautiful place! And this is the best deal in town... the special prices between 3 and 7 pm cannot be beat. All of the food is fresh and expertly prepared and, hey, $3 martinis... need I say more? And they're good martinis! We will definitely be back!
