The food was delicious and the customer service was off the chain. Great place to have any meal of the day.
I been coming there almost a year the food is fantastic and the prices and portions are better! What makes the whole experience wonderful is the DAY SHIFT!! Those girls will season your food for satisfaction and taste. If you pre-order you will never wait depending on the time you go there is never a line. And they even give curb side service.
I asked for curly fries twice and they made straight. After I was told, they were done. I wasted 20mins waiting for fries. Maybe the music is too loud or they just werent paying attention.

I used to enjoy their food at their previous location but, now they have moved inside a college building that, you can’t gain access to unless you’re a student or employee. They offer “pick up†and there are designated parking spots for that but, no one answers when you call to solicit said “pick up orderâ€. Waste of time.

Don't waste your time, because this place just wasted mine. Unlike what a few of the pictures associated with this place would lead you believe, it's nothing more than a glorified carry-out spot; there's no store to go into, order and sit down. Was in the area around lunch time and just wanted to grab a sandwich. Plugged the location into the GPS, and was lead to the campus of a nursing college. Got stared down by everyone around me because I obviously didn't belong. Finally after seeing a sign for Bernie's, trying three different doors culminating in me standing in the school's cafeteria, I was finally told be one kind soul that you have to call your order in and wait by the side of the building for them to bring it out to you. What? Number one: it would have been nice to have been informed about that fact prior to walking around feeling like a jackass on some poor people's school campus. Number two: I don't want to eat in my car, so I bailed and took my business down the street to a different deli. I suppose if you live in the area, and have prior knowledge of the setup it may actually be good. I was so pissed and embarrassed by the time everything was said and done, that I didn't and, will never try the food. First time visitors, you have been warned, which is more than this place did for me.

Bernie's Is really going downhill. They moved so the location on here is not correct. It is on Queen Palm drive in with the nursing school. First let me start by saying that now they moved you have to call your order in. Often takes awhile for the staff to answer. Then when they do you have yo tell them the order several times to make sure they write it down correctly. Then you must call when you want to pick up the food. You hope they will answer timely but NOPE. Not always. Allow 20 minutes just to get your food. My last time here last week, the girl literally walked past me 3 times before I could get my food. She even was standing outside with a cigarette and ignored me. (Can we say HORRIBLE customer service?) I had a patty melt and it was just a patty on rye bread with onions. A friend had a cheesesteak and he pulled out half an onion, NOPE not chopped, just half put in the middle of the meat. The only thing nice about this place is the prices. They are fairly priced. But you never know what you are going to get with the food and the service. I also don't like that you cannot go into the building and witness your food being prepared. I work near here but I will drive somewhere else before I make the choice to order lunch from Bernie's again.
