I order a cappuccino blast on a daily basis. This is the most disgusting drink I have ever received. It is hit or miss at this store, half the time they can’t even make it. But this ends it for me. I can’t support a store that can’t get it together.
I always have a very nice experience here!The two young gentlemen that work there are always polite and patient! They provide excellent customer service everytime! Plus, the ice cream is always SO good!! Thanks guys!
Don’t have your hours online say you close at 10PM when you’re gonna close your doors at 9PM. I drove 30 mins just to get there and have the doors be locked. NOT HAPPY.

Just walked up to the door at three minutes to Eight on a Saturday night. They were counting their money. Girl said they were closed! Very rude. Don't water your time. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Went for a shake, they had 20 minutes before he closed he even told me that, the young man said he had to do other things so he was closing then.. A week prior went for a cone, he told me it had to be in a cup because he didn't know where the cones were. This store is a joke.

Drove from zephyrhills only to find out that they were out of almost every kind of ice cream. Very dissatisfied
