Highly recommended rolls and pho
Pumpkin special soup was great!! Interior is pretty cozy. Food was 10/10 but service 3/10… the owner lady said they were in the business for 14 years already but seems like she didn’t figure out how to treat their first time customers. Definitely eating there again, but take out or delivery only.
We loved this little place where we grabbed lemongrass Bahn Mi for lunch. The service and food was great. We are looking forward to trying more of their food when we return.

My wife and I were in Tampa for our nephew's wedding. A Google search came up with Bamboozle Cafe. We ordered duck pho soup. Sliced roast duck topped with roasted shallots in a duck photo soup. So good! We also two of their rolls. A Dad's BBQ pork roll. It came with pickled carrots, daikon, cucumber, jicama, toasted, cilantro with a zesty nuclear Cham. The second roll was an avocado with carrots, mango, cucumber, cilantro and citrus vinaigrette. Both very good. The rolls were huge. Definitely worth the $4. So good we told my sisters about it and thet went. Liked the food as much as we did. Will definitely return when in Tampa again. The staff were very friendly and made the meal really enjoyable, highly recommend.
Had a really nice dinner here. Order and play before you sit. I got the beef pho and traditional roll. The spring rolls here aren't like at normal restaurants where they are small. These are a bigger. A cross between a normal size and a burrito. Mine had flavorful beef and a good peanut dipping sauce. Pho had good flavor. I'd come back.
pretty good pumpkin soup! my chicken pho could be served hotter but it was filling! they are an asian fusion cuisine so we weren’t expecting authentic vietnamese food. will be back for their soups! oh customer service was fine too!

Phó here is top notch! Great atmosphere downtown Tampa, highly recommend! I've went for a date, business meeting and quick lunch, and all of those situations were perfect for the environment. I don't have to be long and drawn out on this review. 5/5 stars because it's deserved! Just don't go there and experiment, get a bowl of phó and call it a day.
I was tempted to try this since I wanted something warm on a windy Tampa day. I had the tofu pho and it did not disappoint. The broth was flavorful and the ingredients were fresh. I came right around 5 pm so it wasn’t too crowded. However, it was a little confusing to know where to order.
