I love Auntie Anne's and the cinnamon pretzel bites are to die for. But the employee that was taking my order I felt was very rude. As I was trying to say my order the lady was taping her nail on the screen and I felt rushed. She didn't let me finish, cutting me off and giving me unseasoned pretzel bites. When I told her that's not what I wanted, she got annoyed and said they didn't have any. I felt that she made absolutely no effort to give me what I have asked for and the employees in the back were doing absolutely nothing but standing around on their phone
I was a little disappointed that they were out of regular pretzels pretty early on pretzel day. Seemed like they should’ve prepared better. They weren’t unkind about it; they just directed me to the other location within the mall.
The worst location for them customer service zero the food old and dry
Rude employees. She couldn’t even get off her phone to take our order. No pretzels and when we said we’d wait the 15 min were looked at like how dare we want a pretzel. All 3 employees were rude. Get off your phones, do your job or go home.
Much better that the pretzels from Sam's Club.
Great worker the food are great
A little disappointed in my last visit to them. Menu items are posted and I proceed to order one of them. The associate proceeds to tell me they didn’t bother making what I was attempting to order. They weren’t out of it, they just didn’t take the time to make it. I can’t drink soda so this alternative drink was a little more important.
