I walked up top the counter and was greeted by a rude elderly lady. I've never eaten there before, so I asked about the different items. She acted like I was an inconvenience. Like I should know what the menu was. I wanted to order, but due to her rudeness, I didn't. I know I'm only one person, but having worked in the restuarant business and retail, I felt it was rude.

Glad this was in terminal A. Needed a snack for lunch. My flight from TPA was only 2 hours so the pretzel bites were perfect. Consistent with the other Auntie Anne’s I’ve had. Friendly service, airport prices but cheaper than other restaurants in that terminal.
I didn't catch the cashier's name but she was a lovely woman who wasn't having a good day. Sometimes kind words go a long way... And my slushy that I've been craving definitely hit the spot yesterday!
They didn't have salted pretzels or cheese dip. I settled on the pretzel bites and they were stale and cold. The guy at the counter was on his phone and just ignored me when I came up to order. I love Auntie Anne's but this location was bad.

Pretzels did not taste as good as they normally do. They were cold and tasted old.
The mini dogs were huge with doe I think I got a total of 5..... gotta live the airports....
Always great. Really wish I could get the recipe.
