Tonight at 7:58 I walk up to this auntie Annie’s inside west shore plaza and the little white girl in the front was very rude & tells me that they are closed & I asked her what she’s going to do with the full case that she had left of treats & she didn’t answer. She continued to grab 2 treat cups & Take them to the back of the store. Super rude!
Rude and unaccomdating staff. They had new powdered covered pretzel nuggets. Which every kid is going to want. I asked if I purchased a regular size, could they sprinkle half. The 2 people at the counter didn't know and the girl in the back shook her head no. I asked why thinking that they were different pretzels. They were not. She claimed that they couldn't and everyone else would want it, but I was the only one in line.. I chose not give my business to them as I knew we would be visiting International Mall. Where my request was happily taken. Who ever owns this establishment needs to definitely review customer service and etiquette procedures. Take this advice from an old "secret shopper"
I called three times to see where this location is at and no one answer. So, I google the store and saw Victoria secret was close, therefore I called and receive an answer right away. The lady answered the phone @ Victoria secret weres nice and gave me the directions to Aunt Annie. I arrived to Aunt Annie and notice every person working was on there cell phones. It was two African Americans boys and one Caucasian girl, who I'm taken makes the pretzel. I look and left because there were no one in line so I couldn't understand why the phones wasn't answered and the second reasons is your cell phones are not clean and if you are this nasty to be in public on cell phones then I don't want you making my pretzels. This location needs serious new management!
There pretzel mini dogs taste great.
I ordered pretzel bites for my kids and they were burnt cold and old. I asked for a new order because they were disgusting the girl refused to help walked away with an attitude and never came back to assist.

All though I love their pretzels this location needs to get it together. I came to the mall just to get a pretzel and the case at auntie Anne’s was completely empty. It was a slow day (Monday afternoon) and when I asked why there were no pretzels I was told they ran out. I have never seen this before where it was just an empty case. Usually I would assume they make some when it starts to get low. The boy in front continued making pretzel dogs with out asking what i wanted. After about 5 minutes he called into the back and a girl came out to take my order that was just sitting in the back. I found the whole situation very unprofessional.
Surprised with the amount of negative reviews, I was considering not consuming at this store. I gave it the benefit of the doubt. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Very good service. I hope the store has improved since the last reviews. I got a peach lemonade frost and pretzel bites
Please just so close this place down they are very rude and delusional they own a cell not even working as we speak
