My family visited your store today and were disgusted at the employees and service. The girl that helped us, possibly named Rossely G at 12:59pm was clearly not wanting to be there and her nails were disgusting. They were so long she could barely handle items for sale and was sticking them in the food. I believe this is a health code violation. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AS WELL. The line was around the corner because she could not function with her long nails, (approximately 2" long entire length). The other girl that was working was doing double the work and was struggling due to her co-worker barely doing anything. I'm seriously appalled that your company allows this.

I will forever love the pretzels, but never give this location my money again. They do not accept coupons, and they do not tell you that or advertise it anywhere. Basically, wait in line forever and then be told to kick rocks. Sad that such a good company has such a bad apple ☹ï¸â˜¹ï¸â˜¹ï¸
I love all their food, but the cinnamon and sugar is my absolute favorite! They are really good to take home and heat up later!!
