I went to Alex Caribbean today On 4/9/2022 & order the Stewed Chicken didn't open form plate. When I opened form plate this is what I seen hard boneless chicken only three pieces for $12.90. I went back to restaurant to exchange out the chicken for more softer pieces. It looks to me that the front counter woman gave me the same pieces that were originally in the plate. Customer Service is horrible & food also.

Ignored me after standing there for 5 minutes with 1 other person in the building. Asked about a mobile order and received no response besides her walking in the kitchen. Left 10 minutes later with no food and a sour taste from the horrible attitude. They have no care in the world for customer service or even basic service at all.

I dont normally take the time to write reviews but for this I'm making an exception! If I lived closer I wouldve returned and asked for a refund, but I didn't open my plate until I got home. I paid ALOT of money for a plate of oxtail that are soooo hard I can't bite into them. I don't have that type of money to waste on UNedible food.NEVER again.

Very good and plenty full you can share one plate for 2/3 ppl or some for work the next day. Great seasoning. You get so much rice!

Not friendly, perhaps racist towards white people which I can kind of understand, portions and quality of food NOT worth the money but the biggest thing was if you call ahead and they give you a 20 minute wait time it should not be 45 minutes especially if there is no one in the establishment.

We ordered food from them because we wanted to support Haitian like us but they stiff us not once but twice . The first time it was the fried plantains , we didn’t say anything nor did we write a bad review and now like 2nd time being stiff with no bean soup . We are paying for items and we do expect you to have them all securely put in our bag . Sa nap fèm la !!!????

I tried this Haitian restaurant out for the first time today. To tell you the truth it was my second choice because my go to restaurant was closed, but I’m so glad it was. This was the best Haitian food I’ve ever had. Besides my mothers cooking that is. The owners were super friendly, and their little girl was adorable. I played with her the whole entire time I was there. I would definitely recommend that restaurant. I had the fried goat, with rice and beans. And I ordered my husband the fried turkey with rice and beans. It was so good. When I tell you so good I mean so good. It made me feel like my mom was in the kitchen. I will definitely be back.

I usually hate buying food I can cook myself - but this place is worth every single penny!! Manje lakay!! I had the Tasso kabrit, and grio, oh and the sous pra! This place is impressive

You need better customer service. Your cashier was talking disrespectfully to a customer that was waiting a long time. I understand he has to wait but you don’t need to disrespect him like that.

The food is great
