Peruvian food from a truck on Gunn Hwy. I have tried 2 items, the Chaufa Especial which is their version of fried rice and the Papa Rellena, potato mash filled with flavored beef similar to Picadillo, rolled into a ball and then egg wash, flour and fried. The rice was very good as was the stuffed potato. I'm dying to try the Jalea which is a mixed seafood fry that comes highly recommended. One of their most famous dishes is Ceviche which I have had many times but not here.
We had the calamari and tostones con lomo - absolutely delicious!!! So happy we pulled a uey to stop!! Also tasted the tiger milk for ceviche, excited to try their line of ceviche next!!
The Chaufa Especial! Amazing. The staff is friendly, the food is fantastic. Dinner-sized portions. Quick service. This place is can’t-miss and highly recommended.
Great spot for a bite of Peruvian food! The food was delicious, service was fast, and the staff was very friendly! The lomo saltado and anticuchos were amazing! Normally anticuchos can be hit or miss but they definitely hit the spot with them because they were so goooood. The price was pretty fair considering the portions were enough for leftovers. The environment is fun with outdoor seating and music. Will be coming back for more!
Their ceviche and their lomo is the best. My wife and I are definitely coming back.

Great spot, great ambiance with live music, dancers and tasteful Peruvian food. A must go!
I visited this truck food last week with my sister and we ordered some appetizers like papa a la Huancaina and choclo they overcharged on the price for the porción that they served and we ordered a soup, was horrible looks like they made like overheated with old spaghetties noodles with the meat sauce. Was really bad and super expensive I don't recommend this place to anyone!
Really enjoyed the food here. A little pricey and it took a pretty long time to get served but everything was fresh made and delicious. Worth the price and the wait.
I’ve had the lomo and tacu-tacu (awesome steak with beans and rice) and the noodles with lomo (noodles with the awesome steak) and it was amazing!!! Best food in that foodtruck park.
