Park in the back!
I’ve been here a couple times and enjoyed the food. Today I ordered and noticed a weevil on the beverage carrier (it’s squished in the photo). Weevils are often spread through contaminated dry goods like pasta, beans, cereal, etc. I have found them in boxes of pasta I bought at the store and had to toss it out. If they haven’t noticed the problem then it is currently spreading and contaminating their food. On top of that, I opened my container of soup and there’s a gnat right on top of the inside of the lid.I brought the food back and showed the woman at the window. She was incredibly rude and said it was oregano or some other seasoning. I told her seasoning doesn’t have wings and legs. I was told again that “Hispanic food has a lot of spices”. I guess white people don’t know what seasoning looks like lol. She called the manager and I got a refund for my food but I am honestly astonished at her response. I’ve eaten “Hispanic food” many many times and have never seen seasoning like that. I tried to tell her about checking dry goods for weevils and she put her finger up to shush me multiple times. I do not gain anything from brining food back and getting a refund. She basically implied I was making stuff up. Avoid this place if you want bug free food and good service.
Love the food, its always good. But have noticed lately that they are now selling the Empanadas and the stuffed potato at the same price but they are now much smaller. Like A LOT smaller. Not really fair to us customers. They are half the size with the same prce.
Staff was awesome, and one of the best Cuban sandwiches ever
I am guessing I must have had a rare occurrence as My breaded steak Sandwich was so bad I could not even eat it. What a disappointment as I was excited to try it. Steak so badly overcooked. I ordered mine through door dash and Can't correct it. A waste of money today Truly.
The fast and efficient service…
Very good Sandwich
Waited 40 minutes for one sandwich. I specifically asked Maria 3 times to Add turkey, tomato & lettuce to my Cuban sandwich and it was not added . I had already driven away from the restaurant and when I tried calling their lines are not going through, Of course.
The most expensive jam and cheese sandwich that I ever bought was there . $8.00 dollars , just one slide of jam and one slide of cheese . At fresco y mas they sell a ham and cheese sandwich for only 1.99 is just that they open cafeteria at 8 am and Águila open earlier . But I never ever will buy something there to much money . To much . Now watch the photo and tell me where is the cheese . I think that day wasn’t a good day for the lady who prepared the bread , I guess so .
I was told it would be a 25 min wait for 2 sandwiches but ended up taking over 45 mins when there were only a couple people in front of us. Looks like they take many more Uber/Doordash orders that than they can handle. I ordered a ham, bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. The cheese was Kraft singles quality and there was barely any ham and bacon. Worst sandwich I’ve had. Will never come back and recommend you don’t waste your time and money.
