My best-friend and I tried to get there early since we didn’t make reservations and heard it was a very popular spot! Luckily, we got there at a good time and got seated right away! My best-friend pointed out on their website it states no reservation brunch but in the reviews they really are pushing it and kind of makes you feel bad for not having one upon arrival, which is a little confusing. Our waiter was AMAZING and had us laughing the entire time! The food was amazing especially the devil eggs they were top tier. The vibes of the place was nice and music was not overly loud…you can tell it’s a popular spot because not even 30 minutes of us leaving out there was a long line outside of the door!! So if you go early or make reservations! Would definitely be back!
The food was absolutely amazing ❤️ They have happy hour from 4-7. The drinks were great. We loved it!! Don’t sleep on this restaurant if you are in Tampa

Food was excellent….highly recommended the oxtails and grits! Fried chicken and French toast was on point too!!! Ordered that Black Girl magic which was excellent! DJ was very good!!! Line waiting so make a reservation.
Our food was delicious and our server was very good and attentive. I loved that this is a Black owned business. I would've given 5 stars, but the alcoholic drinks were a little weak. The atmosphere and music was very nice on the lounge side, but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to enjoy it because everyone was asked to leave at 9:45 due to a private event getting ready to start.
One of my favorite dining experiences! The food was beautifully plated and incredibly delicious. “Rock the Boat” is a winner and do yourself a favor and just order the “get your roll on egg rolls”!! Our server, Ronnie was very attentive, prompt, and courteous. Would recommend without hesitation!!
If I could give them a 0 star I would! Visited from out of state and came here for dinner and then the club for my birthday. We ordered apps and dinner at the same time because it took so long for someone to even come to the table that we feared we’d wait forever for our food. Well to our surprise a few of the entrees came out before the appetizers. Then the other other meals trickled in. Food was decent and our waitress was good but overall service is too slow.The club…the owners here clearly lack class and professionalism. After dinner we paid a cover charge to enter the club and sat at the bar. A few minutes later several security guards flooded the bar and began taking all the chairs. I asked why they were being removed and was never given a response but was told I would be told what tables were available because most were all reserved. The guy never came back and 20 mins later security is bringing out bar chairs to some women at the bar who clearly were being catered to judging by the rounds of shots flowing and bartenders attention. When a member of our party inquired why we couldn’t get chairs we were told the crew with chairs were the owners. Wow! Great way to treat your customers. We spend our money here and can’t have a seat while enjoying a birthday cocktail. I would not recommend this place or return if it was free. The owners are classless and would benefit from business classes on how to run one.

Great customer service and vibes. I loved the music. The brunch food was delicious and we received our food in under 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and attentive. This place was recommended to me by 3 other people and I'm so glad went.
This is a black-owned business!! The atmosphere was amazing and the food was top notch. There is plenty of seating— they have a bar area as well as fancier seating on the inside with a private nook upstairs as well. The servers were extremely friendly and I received my order quickly. The food was hot, SEASONED, and absolutely delicious. I will most definitely come back to 7th and Grove in the future!
