My experience is that -the Bagels are delicious. If you can eat 18 bagels -I say go for it. I ordered my first time coming and I forgot to stress I wanted turkey and turkey bacon. But the y re-made my sandwich and offered to give my money back.All n All , I love the food. Stop in and get a few -if your own a bagel hype!
It is nice to have a breakfast option that isn’t part of a national chain. The bagel and coffee I ordered were both good. However I do have a couple notes.First, they could stand to up their coffee game. While the coffee was good enough I feel like they would do better if they had more variety.Second, I would have preferred it if the place was just a LITTLE bit cleaner. The drink bar and bathroom both looked like they could use a good once over. But I showed up on a Saturday morning so I can cut them a little slack since it was a busy time.Overall, pretty good. Will be coming back.
Disappointed because I came here a few yrmear ago and it was good. Was met by an employee I ended up saying hi to since he didn’t say anything. Ordered avocado bagel. Didn’t ask my bagel choice but I went with the pain bagel. Bagel came out and I honestly couldn’t figure out if the bagel wasn’t toasted or if it just came out cold stale and toasted. It was pretty gross. I ate the 1st half and tossed the rest. I figured from the other reviews and the unfriendly staff I wasn’t going to waste my time. Wouldn’t waste your money here, just make a bagel at home ( it will be 1000x better). Hopefully the franchise will work with this location
Horrific first experience. Will never go back.I watched one of the employees clean up the floor with COFFEE FILTERS. Do they not own an actual mop, so they have to use coffee filters to clean the floor? I have never seen this happen in a restaurant in my entire life.I went in on a Sunday morning, waited over 30 minutes for ONE egg & cheese bagel sandwich and after waiting all that time, it was not even on the type of bagel I ordered. They didn't even have the decency to tell me this. I found this out after I already left the store and opened the bag in my car.I also don't know why it took so long when so many of the employees were just loitering around and not doing anything. The place was filthy. There was no up-keep. Even the water coming out of the soda dispenser was disgusting. Coming from NYC all I wanted to find in Tampa was a good bagel shop to go to, and I guess I have to keep looking because this place definitely is NOT it.
All I can say is the customer service here is exceptional. Although tasty, my order was made missing a couple toppings. When I called the store they politely apologized for the mistake. I went back in for a refund on the items missing and they refunded my entire order. I couldn’t believe it! I’m so used to awful customer service at other establishments, that I never expected a full refund. The very kind man helping me said, “We gladly refund your money if it wasn’t correct!” Food is tasty, people are friendly and customer service is awesome! Also, try the iced coffee with the ice cubes made of coffee! FANTASTIC!!!!! I will absolutely be back!
Alex says he’s fairly new , but you would never know it. His customer service is beyond excellent and his friendly welcoming smile will brighten anyones day. This was my first time trying the egg and cheese bagel on an Asiago which was pretty good. Last time I had the French toast bagel toasted well with cream cheese and it was excellent! My partner highly recommends the lox and cheese , so if you’re on the fence , just go for it ! If you have room for dessert, you can’t go wrong with the extra large M&M or chocolate chipper cookie. So yummy!
Man this is my first timeEver having to edit a previous 5 star review…they let me down had us waiting for a pickup order of bagels for over 40 mins..also forgot my cream cheese entirely. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Also my fiancé’s egg has this weird blue die on it and the minuscule almost of avocado on it was not worth it. Hate to see it
Order a French toast bagel with strawberry cream cheese and they got it wrong. First time they brought me a plain French toast bagel, 2nd time they brought me a French toast bagel with regular Cream cheese and cinnamon after I told them 3 times. By this time I was over and just left. Someone is definitely not paying attention in the back. Very disappointed my first time coming here and my last time. Better off going somewhere else.
Tampa needed a local bagel shop and sadly it still does. I gave this place grace and went a second time and I was proved right once again —- this place is trash. Like literally, the inside is dirty from the floors to the coffee machines to the bathrooms. Not only that but, but the staff deserves 1 star. They ring orders wrong and/or make the order wrong that’s been ringed in right. Followed by them, being in denial about what was done wrong. Unwilling to fix their mistakes, and being out $15-$20 (if you get coffee too) for a meal you didn’t order with a staff who is the least bit accommodating. Save your money and go to Bruegger’s for cleanliness, a friendly staff, and some dank bagels. P.S see the attached picture for my crisped bagel (I didn’t ask for it to be like this) (also they forgot the egg I got charged extra for)
Wife and I shared the Loxtrami, it was delicious, lox and pastrami both very flavorful, complimented by red onion, tomato and cream cheese smear. Other in our party had the Unicorn bagel and a smear. Coffee was also good. Only negative, wife ordered Coca Cola, the self serve regular coke was out. Notified cashier, then manager. Wife finished her breakfast, coke was not available when we left. Note: Wife drinks coke in the morning the way I drink coffee. She was very unhappy there was no coke.
