Do not waste your time and money in this place. Placed my order through the app at 7pm. According to the app food was ready at 7:17, I arrived to the rest at 7:20 but didn't get my food until 7:50. Only been here twice and its the same issue both times. Order 2 different flavors (Louisiana rub and lemon pepper) but only got the lemmon pepper in all the wings. Also got my wings served in a pool of oil (see picture). This place needs to be closed.
They shouldn’t be allowed in a kitchen without wearing gloves & masks…. This is the worst wing stop ever! Customer service skills are the pits! The only person who seemed Like she had sense/manners was the young lady wearing the blue contacts. The heavy set guy coughed the entire time he was back there HANDLING food — do NOT come here
Avoid this location. Reading previous reviews - longer than usual wait time is common for this location. Waited close to an hour for an online order. Grossly under staffed is an understatement. Staff did their best (a bunch of young kids) to accommodate online and walk-in orders. The cook became overwhelmed (rightfully). Manager was missing. No one came to explain or apologize to the patrons for the delay. Owner should hire new management and hire more staff to handle peak times.Also, food was disgusting.
So I ordered online and everything seemed fine. I get there and they have music blaring and they can't even hear you. I am then informed they have none of the dip flavor I ordered and also none of the backup flavor. When I went to get the sodas I paid for the machine had only 3 choices all diet. No sodas.
THIS IS THE LAST TIME I EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. How hard is it to fry chicken wings and follow a simple order ? At this point the general manager needs to look into this . The cook who worked March 25, 2022 at 6:30pm has a history of screwing up orders . You MUST check everything before you leave the store otherwise you’ll be upset when you get home . I understand things happen but come on !!!! Every time ? I rather drive further away for better food and service. If the manager care about the reputation of this store , something must be done . I’m sure the community would agree. I regret every dime I spent. Ugh I’m so annoyed!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!
Waited in store 20 minutes after expected time to be ready. Told twice “waiting on fries”, then after 20 minutes, told that we were now “waiting on rolls”. Finally got food after 30 minutes of waiting. Got home, missing 3 out of 6 rolls we paid for, and no fries at all. So with all that waiting, we were missing the items we were waiting all that time for… and all the chicken was cold and old. 9 out of 10 times we’ve ordered have been wrong. We kept giving them another chance, but enough is enough. The store is always pure chaos and no one has a clue. Astonishing that you can even stay in business with such consistently terrible service. This place should go out of business for how terribly it operates. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS ALL AROUND. The end.
probably one of theeeee worst food and experience I've ever had with wingstop. ordered through the app and order 2 combos. never received the drinks or the fries so there was no combo that I paid for. and the wings were very under cooked. I selected the option to have them well done and even called to ask them to make then extra extra well done...nope under cooked!!! and when I called the so called manager told me it's not thier fault to call door dash. what a horrible manager horrible service and absolutely horrible food!!!! you all should be ashamed of the type of food your putting out!!! Stay farrrrrrr away from this place!!!
OMG this place has the WORST customer service. Went here for the first time and wow I should have left. I had to wait half hour for someone to take my order. I was standing there no one talk to me. I saw multiple orders being return due to being wrong. I had to wait additional half hour for my order and went I got home it was wrong, cold and taste terrible too. The employs look like they don't want to work and take long time to do anything.
Gotta give props where it’s deserved. Order was prepped great and flavor was good. The only thing was it wasn’t secured properly but it’s a small price to have paid for a good meal.
I just moved to Lauderhill and the order are NEVER, and I mean NEVER, on time. Each time I’ve ordered and paid in advance though the app the orders have taken over an hour to make. Today, I ordered at 8:10pm and was quoted an eta of 20mins. I’m here at 9:03 and am still waiting. Management of BOSS WINGS really needs to become more involved with this location. I’ve never had any issues when ordering with the locations in Pembroke Pines and Hollywood.
