To much salt on the fries. I like salt but I can't eat them for how much salt there is on it even after I tried to clean them from it.
30 mins by the drive through. Then Danielle ( manager) told me to make the line again because she didn't hear about my order so it wasn't ready. Terrible customer service!!
I was starving today, stopped at wendys to get a chicken asiago sandwich and the chicken was barely cooked i wanted to puke. i was already home and too tired to go back outside
This is our local Wendy’s and I feel this location has been wonderful.My wife and I never have an issue with our orders. They are easy going employees that are kind.Thank you for excellent service and fresh food each time!

I am an independent delivery driver I went to go pick up an order and they refused to give me the order. They answered by saying that they do not have the order I asked him what do you mean you do not have the order? I do this in most restaurants and then they give me an answer whether somebody else picked it up or the order is not ready it is being prepared or something along those lines. All he kept saying was I do not have the order I do apologize but I do not have the order. When he should have said we don't want to make the order because we are trying to close up or we don't want to make the order because we are being lazy or we don't want to make the order because we don't like to make online orders. Just for your information Wendy's when I go pick up orders from checkers, mcdonald's, Burger King at this time they all make the orders with no problem. Clearly there is an issue with Wendy's workers at least at this location. How I know that it is an issue against online orders because there was a line of cars and there was cars behind me so it's not like the restaurant was completely closed. They clearly like to turn off their tablets and act like the orders are not coming in very good tactics guys.
My first time & my last time coming to THIS location. I love Wendy’s. But I don’t know what this was … I live closer to the Lauderhill area and we all know the tales about Lauderhill but I’ve NEVER had as bad an experience as this location. I just wonder if there is even a manager that is present at this location. The service was horrible even with me being the ONLY person present in the dine-in lobby, along with NO MORE than 5 cars in drive thru. Wendy’s Employee have people bringing Outside food to her, while on the clock. ShakeMyHead. Refresh the Employee Roster with people that actually CARE about Customer Service & TRAIN your next employees on Customer Service. Or at least fake it until they clock out.Oh Btw, I don’t leave Google Reviews. BUT, hopefully this reaches someone & the reviews change. Wendy’s is such a great franchise restaurant, it sucks that THIS Tamarac location is Tainted … ? 0 Star but that’s Not an Option …
Food is good yet there is always something missing from order. I have used service twice 4 delivery. Stuff missing both times. Then no wsy to report issue and get gelp or credit 4 missing items. Send emails try to use web link... no use...wish it wad better designed. Cost to much pay 4 things and not get them. And I love Wendys but no more delivery. Its a dissappointment. Caution its like playing slot machine lol... be safe stay bless smile daily xoxoxo
Google and the Wendy’s app says that they close at 2:00AM. I show up at 1:20AM and wait around 5 mins on the speaker phone saying hello and nobody answers. When I drive away I just see a guy staring at me through the window. If they were actually closed he could’ve just said so. Ridiculous
