The lady who was taking my order on the drive thru come on ask me what I wanted and then half way through stop me and told me to wait, she did that 3 times after I asked on the third time if she really was going to take my order she put me with someone else. After we got our food part of it was missing. The location was not packed at all there was just one car in front of us which they had told to move up past the window to wait for their food.
Food was hot and good tasting. Drive thru line was quick. Good place for fast meal
Only 1 cashier in the front taking orders... one guy was placing a order for 30+ and was forced to wait in line while in my lunch break for them to make 30+orders

Manager on duty is funny and kind. He was really nice to my special needs son. It is hospitality like this that more places need. Thank you for a nice experience.
Used the drive through the customer service was a bit off ....sounding defiant and then saying yes sir or no sir to cover up for what you did earlier doesn't make it right
Cleanliness & hospitality are number 1 for me and they served up a healthy serving of both great hospitality in a clean environment along with the Wendy's standard of good food.
I am not sure how this location has 4 stars because the people working the early morning shift seem like they are still sleeping. It has been 3 times that I have gone there in the morning around 6:30AM and no one comes to intercom to take your order. I end up driving off. When I have gotten a breakfast order, I got all the way home to discover it was completely wrong and I waited in the line 15 minutes that day. Today the same thing at 7:45AM. I go to the drive through, no one answers the intercom. I wait 3 minutes to then hear someone who was taking out the garbage yell out "the machines are down". Shouldn't the manager be standing outside letting paying customers know this? OR better yet, put a sign up rather than having people drive through and wait to not be served.Poor customer service, poor window service.
Their app is a rip-off. I'm so tired of wrong orders and even wrong prices. They need to get their act together
Fast service but prices are high and quality of food not that great
