i tell you what i had a long day of staying home from working at home and i wanted to buy some taco bell i got the 6 party pack tacos and when i got to the drive thru a sweet young lady named tielle greeted me and once i got to the window she gave me my food very nice young lady definitely needs raise and need more people like her in the world will be coming again soon!
The staff or on another planet,just going thru the motions.Zero business normal customer to staff interaction.Every ones mad at the world.No social adequate,poor communication (inservice lacking).No thank you no how may I help you.Rude and distant.The food quality sucks.The crunch wrap was soggy no crunch there.The new double beef low beef content plenty of rice Not like the ads on TV.Got a taco where the meat was so soggy it soaked thu the hard shell and fell apart all over my clothes.Poor Management and training.Waste of time and money.
This is the worst taco bell ever..drive thru is a disaster I've seen multiple long lines early closeings and even fights thru the drive thru window...not to mention it's a bum hideout next door...I drive 10min down the road to the other taco bell..
Horrible staff.Went through drive thru at 11:20pm. And on the internet shows up they close at 12am. Then said they aren’t getting no more orders. It’s late. Never coming back to this location.
If you think you’ve been to a worse Taco Bell anywhere, you are completely out of your mind. I’m pretty sure they bought all of their employees off the dollar menu. McDonald’s is fine dining compared to this place. Get ready to hate strangers. I’ll definitely be back.
Went there yesterday 4/3/22 and 3 times the girl at the drive-tru told me that 2 chicken chalupas would cost me $12. Then said the price went up...like seriously it's 4 bucks for 1. Why is she robbing customers.
This Taco Bell was remodeled less 2 years ago and it is disgusting. The bathrooms are never clean and the ceiling tiles are horrid.The lobby and table are always dirty.
This taco bell is NEVER open at night! It doesn't matter if it is a Monday, Wednesday or Saturday night. We have tried to go through the drive through multiple times on our way home from InterMiami games, and they are always closed. Tonight at 8:30pm - it's Saturday (!) - they were closed. No more, we are done.

I had the $6.99 Box and all the food was cold and mostly just re fried beans. Also, no way to order except using the kiosk that does not work right and NO RECEIPT. This is the worst Taco Bell in the world !!!
