Wrong ingredients on the subs ordered thru the app. That is two weeks in a row from this location. Olives where no olives ordered. Spinach instead of lettuce. Four subs ordered each time with toasted artisan Italian bread. Only one sub had Italian bread and none were toasted. Additionally, none of the subs were identified by a number. So our group had to unwrap each other's sub to find out what was in it. At other locations the subs are numbered for distribution. The manager at this location was sort of rude and said WE DON'T DO THAT. Well I am just going to order from another location. I don't need the attitude and incompetence at this location.
I just had one of the rudest person serve me food, if I didn't see her make it I would throw it away the black girl with the tattoos she needs to learn manners or customer service or both 4/7/22
Pretty terrible everytime we go. Apparently the hours of the store is whenever the employees feel like. Even though the hours are very clear on the door and online. There is no consistency and when you do arrive an hour or so before closing, the employees make it very clear how upset they are and make loud comments about how they were planning to leave. I have called 2 hours before closing to make sure it was open and the employee at the time was very rude and simply stated “the owner said we can go because it has been slow for hours and I am legit walking our the door, so no you can’t come in” . I never seen anything like it before in a professional setting. It’s very disrespectful environment for no reason and I will let everyone know not to come here and to not waste your time since the closing hours are whenever they feel like. No matter what is written online or the door. Very unprofessional.
I just went to this location and the lady taking the orders had a super bad attitude, treated me a other two guys like garbage, acting like she dosen't care anything, very unprofessional and horrible costumer service skills.
The store closed at 10 it’s 9:22 pm and the lady is in there mopping the floor. She closed because she said she was done ! Horrible customer service don’t go here! People are outside waiting to pick up food! This is so ghetto!
Chanel is always a pleasure! Her customer service is A1 and she is always on point making my sandwiches I never have to tell her to change her gloves or not to give me the back of the tomato. She is truly an asset to the company! Thank you !!!
The lady who waited on us literally told me "Get your own cups, you are damn annoying me." The cups were behind the counter. She was annoyed because I had five relatives, visiting for the holidays, so I was placing a large order with extra cookies and chips to the combo meals. You would think she would be happy that I was spending extra money but obviously she couldn't be bothered to actually work at her place of employment. I used to frequent this Subway at least once or twice a week as it's on my way home from work. I will no longer be patronizing it and have spread the word on my awful experience. Thank God Sushi Raku next door. They have the most amazing customer service and their food is impeccable. Their price point on food almost the same as Subway. This is been the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant . The lady at Subway obviously hates her job and it shows every time I visit that establishment.
This Subway is very clean and the staff are very nice and professional. I usually go there for my lunch break. I order through the mobile app and my order is always ready on time and is correct. They have an awesome drink machine and its a nice place to sit and eat your sub.
You guys got to give training on customer's service to your employees. Today, an employee, decide to clean the tables, the problem is that she did it while the customers were there, still eating, there was Windex all over the place. Another employee called her attention and then a whole very loud conversation started about that. This makes the eating experience very unpleasant.
No customer service at all very disrespectful I went today at lunch forgot my mask and the employees started screaming at me what is funny is that this place is super small and they had people sitting down eating and just having a great time without mask. The two ladies were super rude about it!!! I left and went right next door to Sushi Raku.
