We came in and there was no one manning the store. We waited for over 5 minutes and the employee finally showed up.There was no apology or acknowledgment when she walked in through the back door. Just Looked like we where an annoyance. Customer service is not on the menu at this Subway location
This Subway is always particularly clean and the dining area is uniquely spacious for a Subway and is always neat as well. I only like tuna subs and some Subways make the tuna mix better than others, however, great customer service and staff interaction somehow makes the sandwich tastier. At this location, sweet Matilda and her coworkers make me feel like I’m friends or family because of their interactions and respect for me as a customer and for and with each other. I always tip here with a smile. Lots of parking.
The franchise owner of this restaurant does not care about any of his customers health.I can tell that they put water in the tunaFrom the day before so they can serve it the next day.This is absolutely disgusting.I will never go to this restaurant again.And I have two young girls working for them that was very rude.
I went there early in the morning. I was the only customer in the store. I had to wait until multiple pans of bread was given a wash bath, coated with its stopping and placed in the oven before I was assisted. Mind you I was in a hurry. Even though I appear to have been waiting patiently, I was running out of patience! To top it off, there was no thank you for waiting... none of the above. So, nothing spectacular about the service itself that I received.
Treated ok but i felt a bit of an attitude from the female employee.told her i was getting married in six months and needed to lose weight.she looked at me with a look.like your getting married..
