Great Experience Exceptional food and service especially for a chain restaurant. I had glazed salmon with a double order of sautéed fresh mixed vegetables, 1 substituted for mashed potatoes, My husband had Stromboli which he said was one of the best he has ever had. Service was excellent even though it became crowded shortly after we arrived. Highly recommend
We’re visiting the area & found the nearest restaurant. This restaurant exceeded our expectations!!! The ambiance, food, service, & staff were superb. Every single employee checked on us and made sure all was good. We had fried calamari, meat lasagna, lobster ravioli, & chicken Francese. Our server, Hudson, was so attentive & patient. This place is a hidden gem and I’m sure glad we found it! ?
I ordered a few pies for my team... but I accidentally selected pick up instead of delivery. Upon calling them and explaining the mistake, they changed it to delivery and did not charge me more. They were super friendly and provided the best customer service I have received in a long time. If you are reading this, you know how difficult that is to find these days. Show this Rotelli your support! From the phone call to the deliveryhandoff, exceptional service! The food is absolutely delicious as well. I order here frequently for a group of 15 or more. I 've been ordering take out from Rotelli's a few years now with the food and service always good but today's visit was different... when I went in to pick up a lunch order the guy seemed a bit aggitated and annoyed especially after I asked for an extra dressing for the salad and a bottled water. He then came back with a cup of tap ice water and not the bottled water I asked for. I just proceeded to pay for the extra scoop of dressing he charged for and went next door to Dunkin Donuts to.purchase the water. I hope tomorrow's lunch rush is better for him
The food is delicious but the service is either okay or terrible depending on your luck
The calzone is the BEST I’ve ever tasted! It was so delicious that I had it for dinner 3x in a week. Every bite was worth it :pFor all Hawaiian pizza eaters, try the cheese calzone with extra pineapple & ham. It is a game changer!My tummy thanks you Rotelli!
The pasta dishes are fantastic and I absolutely fell in love with the pizza. Each bite makes me feel like I'm back in New York.
Pizza was the best - full of toppings and the right amount of sauce. Wings were good too very meaty. I wish there were more choices to coat them with.
