I am a regular customer of this restaurant, The food is very good. I decided to have my co-workers try it. It happens to be my boss birthday so I decided to order via email which is the only way they take catering orders. Tell me how they gave me a pick up time for 11:30 am and the day before the event, after 5pm, they sent me an email that they are unable to fulfill my order without explanation or options. They just did not give a F. This is so embarrassing as my dish was the main dish. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! NEVER AGAIN ?????? fyi my order was placed on Monday for Wednesday and as stated before i was told I could pick up Wednesday at 11:30, I was the one who asked about the payment options on Tuesday, and the response I got hoursssss later was that the order could not be fulfilled. REAL UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
Drove all the way from Orlando 2x just for the Cajun Chicken Pasta. Soooooo dern good. I am definitely coming back next week.
First time was today. I ordered the honey chicken wing meal… The chicken was good and I DID NOT like the rice and peas. I also ordered a side of Mac and cheese. It was Disgusting who puts sugar in their mac & cheese I’ve never heard of that before in my life what a waste I called the restaurant and ask do they put sugar in their mac & cheese in the lady that answered the phone and say yes the chef put a little in there well the chef then just put a little in there he put a lot in it she informed me that she will let the chef know what a waste of money no I will not be going back……
This is the place for authentic Jamaican cuisine. It has a few tables of you'd like to dine in. The presentation and taste was synchronized in a manner that mirrors a Jamaican kitchen. On this trip I bought steamed snapper with rice and pigeon peas (gungo) and potato salad. I'm sorry I didn't take any pictures. I got caught up in the deliciousness of it all. I will next time.
Everything you can imagine on the menu fried, grilled or steamed! The food is good. I like mine's a little bit more seasoned. But great food overall.
First time here… found them on Google usual go to for Jamaican pasta was sold out and high wait times…Gave them a try, Got the Honey Hot Pasta ….must say it was good, made to order very hot pasta temperature, meat wasn’t so, but doable… looked at the menu Before arriving there so I somewhat know what I want and price range, but unfortunately the prices online is incorrect and way higher in person. They are a bit pricey on just about all their dishes, maybe their worth it, I can’t say haven’t tried them. But my dish ig ordered was ok, if the time comes I’ll reorder although I feel it’s a bit expensive…
I have been customer for so many years. A loyal customer before the chef opened this location. Now the greatest is CUSTOMER SERVICE. THESE GIRLS they have here have no respect and pure attitude to customers. There must be some way that a customer can come and make a complain about services without the CASHIER not having attitude and knowing how to speak to a customer. Until they can get better cashiers or train these ladies to interact with their customer. You lose a loyal customer.
As a fellow Jamaican I heard about this restaurant and that it was very pricey but decided to try it anyways I don’t mind the price for food as long as I’m getting what I’m paying for first of all customer service was wack I order two meals one which stated on the menu as kids meal fry chicken that comes with drumsticks and wings only no where else on the menu as chicken and chips up on receiving my order my I decided to take a look before I left only to find a big chicken breast so before I moved from the counter I called the cashier attention to the fact that it states drumsticks and wings only she respond with the biggest attitude telling me that’s not what I ordered I said miss I know exactly what I ordered it best you had tell me you didn’t hear me and in fact that’s the only chicken and chips on your menu so what could I have ordered then at that time a guy from the kitchen realized and took the box and told me he can hv it changed but it would be drumsticks and a wing I said fine I just don’t eat chicken breast ; this is the food they gave me for my $15 because they made a mistake and I asked them to correct it check the pic I was so upset I threw it out I didn’t even eat it so I can’t tell if the food was even worth all the hassle I will not be spending my money here again ?
Food is sooooo good. I normally get the Oxtail Rasts Pasta. Tried the Salmon today. Amazing! Great service too
The best authentic Jamaican food around. I love getting the red pea soup and honey bbq salmon. Every time I order it it’s juicy and cooked to perfection. The festival is always fresh and delicious as well.I highly recommend coming here if you can.Thanks again!
