Night order at the drive thru. 7.21.22. No one else in line. The young girl at the drive thru had so much attitude. She kept cutting me off. When I told her that I wasn’t done with the order she got annoyed and said well then speak. My wife said we don’t need your attitude. I proceeded up to the window. She kept saying a don’t have no attitude. No way I would order at that point. We went to another McDs 2 miles away and the service was great. If you don’t want to work then don’t work. If you have to anyway, don’t take your frustrations out on the customers. There was no need for this. I will not be going back for a while. It’s worth a little farther drive to not deal with it.
I understand it's just a minimum wage job, but these kids that work at this location really don't care at allI stopped by last night, 5/29/22 10pm night in the drive thru, I say hello a few times until a girl finally responds and asks "you doordash?" I say no and she says "we closed then" Now I know every stores hours will vary but a McDonalds closed at 10 on a Saturday night?It's annoying because this isn't the first time they lie and say their closed to chill on the clock its happened 2 other times at the same location, but by this point I should've known better than to try and buy food there at night, lesson learned though.
Food was fresh did a curbside order no issues. They include all the sauces asked for and waited less than 5 minutes.
This is probably the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've never seen a location this slow and in such disarray with some of the worst stuff I've ever seen. As I write this, I've currently been waiting 20 minutes just to PLACE my order.
I find it out of place and stupid that people have to ask for the drive thru without a car because the store has not been open to the public for months. They close whenever it suits them. it is a lack of respect . Sunday 3/20/22 17:30 .?
Just picked up a crispy chicken sandwichGot home it was burnt and greasy.I didn't go back because it was raining never go there again. Shame on them.
Terrible service. All my food was cold and The staff stood around talking and cursing with eachother while I wanted 10 minutes for cold food. Person who took my order was on her phone didn’t acknowledge me just took my card. Manager is a kid who was also chatting away with the rest of the staff. I’ve been to this McDonald’s many times and it’s been horrible everytime. But I got because it’s right near my house. I went to call them and the phone is disconnected.
I contacted corporate. I'm pretty sure this is a privately owned location but somebody needs to step in or shut them down, this place is a disgrace I have given them multiple times to redeem themselves but it's way more misses than hits here. Undercooked and/or cold food, slow service, missing or wrong orders I'm just over it. That's why I drive to the McDonald's further down this place can't ever seem to get there stuff together, over the years nothing has changed except for the faces that work here, this place is very poorly ran.
SCAM ALERT! DONT USE MOBILE APP!! somehow they were able to take away the special price on the app and charge me full price. They did not ask for my credit card but was able to change the price they charge me through the app. When they handed me the receipt I asked why the prices changed and they blamed it on the app and that I had to contact customer service. Customer Service said the restaurant needs to correct the issue. Its been 2 week and the restaurant has not followed up with my 2 calls to customer service.
