There was a problem with my order when it was delivered since the delivery driver couldn't help me I called Krispy Kreme and the supervisor that was on shift Jasmine was able to correct my order. Honestly she went above and beyond and I am very pleased. P.S. sorry if i missspell her name.
It’s always something going on with this spot. Always running out of different donuts every time I come and today they really topped it off by saying we have no donuts period like why stay open 24hrs??? I request the manager to step it up big time or your night shift is playing games basically working for free let’s get it fixed.
Hot light was on and these were the stalest donuts I’ve ever had, I’ve had fresher donuts when the light was off. This is insane, this location needs new management asap! Please do something about this please, the community begs of you!
I was greeted by two employees inside. They were very pleasant. My order was ready and waiting. I had an email for a free coffee which was quickly prepared and served. Thank you for a very pleasant good morning.
If i could give 0 stars i would. The last 2 times i came to this location they told me that their system was down and would be up until after 12a. I got to the location both times around 11:15p-11:30p. The first time i waited and received my order they gave me the wrong items and everything was cold. I thought it would have at least been fresh since they had the time to prep everything. The second time the same thing was said. I came for the promotion they had for 12 glazed for $4. I was told the system was down and wouldn’t be up u til after 12:30a. I parked and waited then got back in line to see if ready yet. While waiting i could hear someone who said they were the manager being extremely unprofessional to the person ar the box. Stating they would call the police on the person at the box if they didn’t leave when all they were doing was asking for the corporate number. Which they didn’t provide. He said 3 different 800 numbers along with the store number. Very rude and very unprofessional.
At my particular moment, doughnuts were not being produced, so maybe that's the reason that my chocolate iced creme-filled, were not as cotton soft as they always are.
I'm not sure what was more "fresh" - the donuts or the staff.20 minute wait in drive-thru for 3 dozen donuts. When I questioned the wait, the female cashier told me "you're lucky it's not longer." Really?Donuts were fresh, but I won't return to this Krispy Kreme Donuts. Not that they care...
Waiting in the drive through for almost an hour for st Patrick day donuts. The girl was kinda rude, got to the office and the donuts were not done all the way. I think because there were only two people working they rushed through.
Great service too!! Counter help could not have been nicer.
This Krispy Kreme is a joke. Employee shortchanged us by 57 cents, didn’t even offer. Just kept the money. Hot light is supposed to be on 24/7. We arrive and it’s on. Donuts come out room temperature. I asked what happened and if they could heat it up. They said no and they only have room temperature donuts at the moment because the machine was turned off for cleaning.Coffee was good and twix donut was good but not good enough to fix the disappointment from not having FRESH HOT DONUTS!
