Blame it on National Donut Day, but I waited half an hour after my kiosk order, went through the line (only to be told to wait where I'd been), and waited five more minutes before someone asked what I was waiting for. And they were out of most of the donuts I'd selected and paid for a half hour earlier. Would not do the kiosk or Donut Day again.
The two guys who are always there on the weekends are awesome ! They are always super nice and on top of my order everytime I order through the mobile app. I go on the weekends just for them because they know how I like my coffee !! During the week there was one girl who was taking care of mobile orders and she was on point with having my coffee ready to go for when I run in on my way to work. Very busy dunkins on a very busy street, they do their best and the regulars see that !
got me the egg white bites , could not afford the small cappuccino but an older gentleman looked at me and then left.at that time i sat down to eat the two bites dry.then the lady said that the guy that looked at me paid for my cappuccino, i had a small glimpse as he was walking around the building and waved at him as a thank you gesture!!! nice place and nice people !!!!!!
Ever since new management took over and renovated, the Wait is always at least 20 - 30 min at this store and staff is not up too par. Today I Waited 31 minutes for 2 items to be made and there was only 1 person in front of me. Cheese was not even melted. My egg melts were thrown in a bag where everywhere else I have them in a little paper tray. Not going back, I’m always late when I go there and today was my last time ordering there.
The service is ok but not great. Same with the food. It's ok for fast food. Nothing really stands out here, but it's not bad.
Thank you to Mega, Jckhar, Malek and Mia for providing exceptional service on a large order I made. They also make the most delicious iced coffees. The team is friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond.
Disappointed. I haven’t been to this location in 2 years since I moved away, but today I ordered an iced latte and received MILK. I can’t even taste the espresso and looking at the color, it’s just milk. I usually love Dunkin’ lattes but I can’t even drink this one. Don’t think I’ll be back to this location. Waste of money today.

I EXTREMELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUNKIN !!! I CAN NEVER HAVE A GOOD MORNING COFFEE ITS NEVER MADE RIGHT AND THE TALL GUY ALWAYS HAVE AN ATTITUDE. AND THE MANAGER LOOKS LIKE SHE CANT HANDLE IT AS WELL, LIKE DUDE IF U DONT WANT TO WORK STAY HOME ITS PEOPLE LIKE ME THAT LOVES TO GET UP AND GO TO WORK AND LOVE TO GRAB A COFFEE ON THE WAY . MAYBE THE EMPLOYEES WILL SMILE MORE IF THEY HAD SUCH JOY IN THAT STORE ITS NOTHING BUT MISERABLENESS IN THERE … I NEVER WANTED TO COME AND WRITE MY REVIEW BUT IVE HAD IT TO HERE WITH THIS STORE ITS SMALL FOR NOTHING … IM NEVER RETURNING
