Want to talk about bad service? Talk about this place! I can't imagine a franchise owner sunk their money into a Manager with such an attitude. No names given on here, but she's bad, probably worst attitude I've heard over a phone from a "manager". It actually sounded like she was chewing food while talking to me... insane. Food never delivered, driver out somewhere, according to the app, nowhere near where they should've been.If this "manager" owns the store, good luck...if not, maybe the franchise owner hires some secret shoppers to actually see what's happening.
Made 2 attempts in May to order through the app but store was unable to accept orders. Tried again through the app on June 7 for a lunchtime pick up & order went through normally. Got there but store was locked. Lights & menu were on but no one was around. I called the store for a week to dispute the charge since I never got my food but no one ever answered. I then tried to dispute the order through the dominos.com website but 3 weeks have gone by with no response back. I've now disputed the charge through my bank.
Do yourself a favor, do not get anything from here,bad service, the orders take more than an hour, they don’t answer phone calls
I called 6 times tonight to place an order. I entered the store at 9 and was being asked if I am picking up. And said no and the young man with locs told me they are closed. If you are closed pull out the open sign. You call this location multiple times and no one picks up. Remember without customers you have no business. Next time pull out the sign if you are closed and don't have a customer walk in and not ask what they would like to order. Again staff needs to be trained on customer service. I would encourage others to buy your food elsewhere. Faces didn't even look welcoming.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We placed a large order for an after school event. Ordered 15 pizzas, paid over the phone in full. The next day, no delivery, no phone call, no email. NOTHING.Now trying to call back to get a refund and we have been on hold for 3 separate times for 45 minutes with NO ANSWERS. Do not even bother looking at this place. Because they don’t even honor their hours. The attached photo was taken at 9:45 pm. 15 minutes before they “closed” and no one was there.
This dominos doesn’t keep customer service in mind. They have messed up my order more than once and are inconsistent is hours open. We have ordered online at 8:45pm before and was able to pick up our pizza but then other times they’ll just cancel your order because it’s to close to closing time. If you’re about to close, turn off the order online option. I understand that many places are currently understaffed but there are ways to prevent negative experiences with the little staff that you do have. I will not be going back.
This location is always an issue. You place an order for delivery and the delivery is late every time, that’s if delivery is even available. I’ve placed an order for delivery a couple of times and have been called after to tell me that delivery is not available. Pizza has been cold on more than one occasion. Most recently I placed an order. Google shows closing time of 12:30am, dominoes website shows 9:30pm closing time. It was 8:50 when I placed my order, it showed a 15 minute time frame for pickup making the pickup time 9:05 (plenty of time before closing). And after my order was placed, they give me a call and say they are closed and are canceling my order. Stay away from this spot. There’s two other dominos locations that are way better near by.
Clean store. Online order was ready in 11 min on a Wednesday during lunch time. Yeah, I had to go and pick the order up myself, because they only have 1 driver, but I do not mind that. The pizza is looking good and let's face it: who wants to deliver pizza, when gas is above $4 per gallon? I recommend this store for pickup orders.
I had ordered food from them and they called me shortly after and told me that they are canceling my order because they were about to close. I called the next day and asked if they are going to refund my money and they put me on hold for 30 minutes and then contacted Support and I have not heard anything back from them is going on day three and every time I call them I got put on hold they are extremely unprofessional staff and they are thieves worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and corporate and filing a complaint they all deserve to lose their jobs what does that excuse for human beings.
If I could give a negative star, I would. This store is absolutely the WORST!! Tracker stated my order had been delivered but I never received the pizza. Stay away!!! I called the store, no answer. Called the manager, no answer. Called corporate and they gave me the run around. Emailed them no answer. Currently waiting on my bank to dispute the charge. Absolutely disgusting service. Never again.
