I love Dairy Queen and would give aways 5 star, but the staff is so slow at the drive-thru
Very good experience here. The team members and manager are great. This was my first time here and I will be back.
The ice cream was great as always, but I had to wait 20 mins to get my order ready, I ordered inside to avoid the line on the drive through but they forgot completely about my order because they were busy with the drive through, I would understand if there was a long line outside but there were only 2 cars, the team was apologetic but there were no excuses.
Awesome service and staff, the store has that certain ambrosia type of feeling, like the a store of the 70's, great food, especially their burger menu and of course their softees!!!!!!!???
Long line, very slow pace, needs more help of staff or staff needs to understand the urgency of getting food via drive thru. Specially when you small children in the car.
Decided to kick off the weekend with a sprinkled cone and a couple mini blizzards. Great community and great service. Nice intelligent young man at the Drive-Thru window.

Ever since the Owner closed the dinning room, everyone is forced to use the drive thru which is horrible, you drive away with the wrong order, nothing is the way you order it, then what, you come back and go thru the line in the drive thru again, what a joke
Was coming home late from work and made it to location five minutes before close. Was not given service and than to make matters worse, got stuck behind a car in the drive thru for twenty minutes while they were served. All after enduring an 16 hour workday…. Thanks!
I would give no stars if I could. I ordered a cheeseburger meal deal. Tipped the manager Nicole 1.63. got home could not eat food it was disgusting I tried to eat because I was hungry and couldn't had to door dash chic fila which I was trying to avoid that's why I drove to dq. The food was old and stale the ice cream was ok. I called spoke to manager. I was told to come back. I told I couldn't come back until the next day. She took my name and told me to come back the next day for a refund. I went the next day it was closed until 2 . Went back again she said she would refund me for food and not ice cream I said no problem. Then she came back and said she cannot refund me with out food and I should of came back yesterday. She said she could remake food I said no I don't want food I don't trust it but I would take a dily bar or something closed she said no I asked for the manager who would not come to the window she took my # said owner would call me poor customer service I was told people do that all the time smh why wasn't I told when I called to bring food As of yet no call smh
