Love their breakfast. Always fresh and delicious. Chicken biscuits, hash browns. They also have a bacon egg and cheese on English muffin or sausage egg and cheese. Their chicken hash bowls are great as well.
First of all, Joshua went above and beyond today. (7/12/22) He constantly checked on us, asked if we needed refills, asked if he could take our trash. We were a party of two moms and 4 young kids together, as you can imagine that is hard enough. Joshua made our experience dining in very pleasant. However, the manager (Hispanic male unknown name) did not check on us one time. He Did not ask if we needed anything and the only time he spoke to us was to ask if we could keep our kids from standing up at the table. Clearly, we were trying to keep our kids under control but kids are kids. This manager did nothing to help his staff get orders out. All I observed was him standing, looking at the order screen briefly, and then he spent his time sitting in a booth near the restroom scrolling instagram on his phone. After we finished our food we ordered ice cream that took way too long to come out. Here comes Joshua being helpful again trying to get the cook staff to get the order out. Then when the ice cream finally comes we get one milkshake and two cups of ice water. We ordered two cups of ice cream not ice water. So again, Joshua tends to us and gets us the correct order. One kid even dropped their cup and Joshua was there to save the day with a replacement. Joshua should be the manager as he was running the entire show today. So thank you to Joshua for the great customer service and zero thanks to a manager that was rude, distant, and not helpful to customers or supportive of his team.
Not very nice inside and the soda definitely needs to be calibrated. We had diet Dr. Pepper and it was mostly soda water and the line didn't need to be changed according to the employee. Food was good though!
Fast and friendly service, especially for the large order I placed. It was just before lunch rush so there weren't too many orders placed at the time. I gave it four out of five stars due to difficulty when it came to parking. Just like many Chic-fil-A, this is a busy store that's had to improvise additional drive-thru space around the building. This can cause difficulty when trying to park near the building during busier hours.
Love Chick-fil-A. The drive through at this location is a bit strange though. It's like going through an obstacle course when attempting to order your food. You don't really know which side of the lot to enter from. Other than that, great sandwiches and shakes.
The food was great...the customer service wasn't the normal high standards chick fil a normally keeps. Also people kept cutting into the line from the sonic side which made a 40 min wait closer to an hour. If I could have gotten out of line I would have but a was trapped with 2 very hungry kiddos in the back. It was the dinner rush on a Thursday so I'd definitely take that into account.
Chick-fil-A is always a family favorite,no matter what the mealtime. Excellent chicken sandwiches,soup, and salads. End it all with some great tasting ice cream or milk shake. You can't go wrong there,but closed on Sundays as a family owned tradition.
Chick Fil A is my go to restaurant for fast food. They sometimes get my order wrong (but this is rare). This location is closest to me. Only thing I truly dislike about this location is that they have most of the parking spots blocked off because the drive thru line is always ridiculously long. I usually order my food for pick up because I don’t want to wait in the drive thru line and in store orders are quick as well but parking at this location is definitely a hit or miss.
Ordered through door dash.. damn near ate all my sandwich to turn it over and find a roach fried into my sandwich. After vomiting for 20 minutes, i went to the location and the manager treated it as if it was “the norm” she quietly apologized and handed me $20. She then proceeded to fill orders. IM DISGUSTED. I’m more upset because now i have to end my love for Chick fil a!
Great customer service, fast receipt of food, however, drive through lines can be very long. The building for some reason was not designed well as far as drive through line goes. Many times drive through too and difficult to maneuver so I just drive away. On the plus side, ordering through the app and picking up in store is usually a better way to go if you can get parking.
