When I walked into this Burger King I was surprised to see more homeless people than normal inside. No worries tho as I move to the counter and order, one was mumbling to himself.. Service was great very nice, greeted me and took my order. As I stood and waited, the mumbling homeless man threatened me to which I ignored it.. Vanessa was then being very polite to the man which seemed to calm him down.. I received my order and went to my vehicle to eat.. As I sat eating the homeless man came outside and began arguing with and fighting the air.. This is when I left.. Food was fine but I don't think I'll return..
This Burger King is the worst. The girl taking the order speaks so low I can’t hear her. How do you hire people like that. She had to repeat what she is saying three times. I asked for a cup holder said they didn’t have any. Asked for a receipt said machine doesn’t have tape. The garbage cans are overflowing as well as the bins. There is garbage all over the floor, disgusting. What kind of manager do they have?
The young lady, who name I forgot, just started working at this location and did a GREAT job. Edgar and the other employee(forgot her name as well), did an AMAZING job assisting her. Customer Service was ??
Terrible food! This is by far the worst Burger King I have been to in Florida in 20 years. The food was so terrible I didn't even want my money back or replacement meal. I just wanted to get out of there. Feel sorry for the owner of this location....
Drive thru really slowTerrible service. They are on the phone are talking with each other instead of attending clients.And the manager is the same. Seating in the counter on his phone.
The cashier at the window was rude. When she took our order you heard her popping gum. We pull up and she one her phone. Give me my order and I ask for onion rings and I have fries in the bag. Never will go there again.

This visit was for a client bought a cheese bacon whopper with fries, and onion rings. Says food was delicious especially the onion rings. Customer Service was good, will visit again.
Worst experience at a Burger King ever!!! If you wanna eat Burger King please go to another branch… I’m only giving one star because I have to otherwise this place deserves 0 stars… The so called “manager” or whatever she was fighting with her employees fighting with customers… she didn’t even give me what I paid for and walked off when I made a complaint… please whoever this lady is… I beg the owner of this location to fire her… the worst and most terrifying experience I have ever had…
They didn't give me spoons or straw . They usually are better then that . They had a off morning
