Service was good food was better than I remembered and new menu items

I haven't been in a Boston Market in over 8 years and things have changed. The type of workers and portions of food has gotten worst. The chicken looked like it was a quail. Petite... the choices were limited, and bland.. Then I went to eat in the dining room and as soon as I sat down to eat an employee from the back came out on the phone arguing in creole. I don't need to hear arguments when I am trying to eat. Very annoying.Not interested in coming back..

Staff at this location seemed disinterested in providing quality service. Ordered 1/2 chicken meal and the server provided a half of scoop of sides. When I asked about it, he says that's all he could put in the containers side slot. Asked for BBQ sauce and had to walk back inside in the rain because of such poor service. If you want to charge customers for meals, then the meal should reflect what customers are paying for. The location in Margate on Atlantic and SR-7 has a much more professional team, and if it wasn't for extreme weather, I would have made my commute there for my meal. Sadly, this location is much closer to my residence.
Always loved boston market. I usually get the standard quarter white, with mashed potatoes and cream spinach, simply delicious ? !
Horrible service. I ordered curbside pick up and followed the instructions in the email. When I got there I was told to call the restaurant which I did and they told me “nah you have to come inside and get it.” So I do that and there’s literally no customers in the restaurant, there’s one person behind the counter and the rest of the employees are sitting around at the tables, eating and having a conversation. Also m, I just saw the review about a cockroach in the food and now I feel sick. Avoid this disgusting place at all costs!
I love getting my food here. I have been getting my orders every time through the drive thru which is so convenient. I grew up not ever eating cornbread until now. The food will definitely get you full and I fell in love with cornbread now. The cornbread here is always so soft, warm, moist and is sweet but not too sweet.
COCKROACH IN THE MASHED POTATOES! There was a half-liquified roach in the mashed potatoes. I found it after eating half. I saw what I thought was an eyelash (which I saw previously at my last visit 2 years ago), BUT IT WAS A LEG! The regional manager ONLY offered a refund and that's all, oh and requested pest control visit the restaurant. Avoid unless you're ok with roaches in & around your food.
I visited this Boston market today March 24th 2022..The young lady in the Dri- Thru is amazing.... I believe her name is charity or cherry..She is absolutely amazing... She was quick and got my food exactly right as we ordered a family meal for our office lunch break...Her smile is contagious and made us feel like family... We are looking forward to coming back and ordering even more food on a weekly basis. Kuddos to a sweet n loving employee.. Mrs.J
