Do one thing and do it well. Zaxby's chicken plates are always good the staff is friendly and helpful and if there's a line they move through it quickly. Dining room is quiet and relaxed with plenty of space in between the tables. A nice break from the work dayParking: Plenty of parking standard and handicapped even when the drive-thru line is full. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking and excellent access between the tables throughout the dining room
Delicious salad. Immaculate restaurant, bathrooms clean and well stocked. A good lunch spot for Tallahasse Try it, i think you will be glad you did.
Love their Cobb salad. The best Cobb salad around. Just wished they had a Greek dressing.
The food is pretty good the only problem is their lines are very long
Love the family meal. Great deal.
Zero stars. None. Has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had in recent memory of a fast food restaurant. Possibly ever. Friday 10/8/21 I placed an online order for three meals, a couple white cheddar bites and an extra sauce. I selected a pick up time for 6:30pm. A half-hour after completing my order. I figured that would be adequate time for them on a busy Friday. I get up there at 6:23 ready to wait a few minutes for my order. There was a sign posted on the door for lobby hours of 11am-3pm. I called and it was explained to me that I had to get in at the back of the drive through line that wrapped around the building in order to receive my food. I asked to cancel my order for a refund and was denied due to the lack of accountability between the restaurant and website. Obviously, at this point I’m mad. There is absolutely no point to take online orders if you’re not equipped to fulfill them in the appropriate manner. To give financial information online has no merit, otherwise. I’ve had negative experiences with Chic-Fila, but at least I can count on receiving my online order in the designated area within a timely manner. I call The restaurant again to ask to speak to the manager in order to try and work out a reasonable solution. Maybe they could’ve at least just set my food on the curb right outside the door within a safe distance of contact. I sat on hold for the entirety of my nearly half-hour wait in the drive through. I get to the intercom give the online order info approximately 16 minutes later. They respond by telling me they will begin preparing my order. A small comfort. Maybe the meal will still be good. Another ten minutes and I’m finally at the window. After trying to confirm the order for the car behind me, we get the error corrected and I receive my order. I ask to speak with the manager in person. The employee walks away, then comes back to explain the manager is too busy to see me. He then asks what the issue is. At that point I have no choice but to unload my burdens on the window attendant because the manager refuses to take accountability and offer a reasonable resolution. After I’m done speaking I point out I’m still on hold for 26 minutes at that point. Nearly $40 and one hour later, I get home to find I have three cold meals with four shriveled tenders and two cold half orders of white cheddar bites. My extra sauce and both coleslaws are missing. This is a complete failure on every aspect of the fast food industry. Never again. Never. Your prices are too high. Your portions are getting smaller. You are unable to process your clientele in a timely manner and your customer service is clogged in the restroom on it’s way down the toilet.
Has to be the best Zaxby's as rarely a line and food always hot.
Super slow drive through at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. We used the app to pre-order our food and they tried to give us sometime else's food. The bag was just too big for our order. The people were great once you got to the window. They were quick to fix any issues with the order and very pleasant. The wait didn't bother me since I didn't have anything else to do, I'm not going to hold that against them.
We were excited when Zaxby’s finally opened. Covid came and now businesses are trying to get back to a somewhat normal routine. That being said, what happened to Zaxby’s? They advertise order online and pick up however, you have to sit in the same line as people ordering. 40 minutes after ordering and paying is ridiculous.
I do not typically leave reviews at restaurants especially considering how hard food service can be at times. However, that being said my 37 week pregnant wife stopped to get some food for us tonight at this location. She waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for the order (No big deal it's happening everywhere right now). She finally gets the meals, pulls into a parking space to check and make sure the order is correct, and finds it to be incorrect from what she had ordered. She parks the car and walks up to get it corrected and finds the dining room is closed, she then proceeds to knock and gets no response. (Maybe no one heard her? benefit of the doubt) She then walks to a different side of the restaurant where a kitchen employee sees her thru the window. This employee then proceeds to get a front employee's attention and points at my wife. The front employee sees my wife and can see she is obviously holding up a Zaxby's food bag in her hands but choses to turn around, walk off and not assist my wife. The original employee then proceeds to make eye contact again with my wife and starts laughing (presumably at a comment made by the front employee). No one came to the door while my wife stood there with her incorrect order and she eventually left (upset) without ever getting her meal corrected. The fact that any customer would be treated like this much less an obviously very pregnant woman is beyond me. My wife called and spoke with a Manager who's name was Trey. He did the obligatory whole I am sorry routine but then proceeded to tell her, "well most people call when they have an issue and then we walk outside" Okay but two employees made eye contact with my wife who's holding a Zaxbys bag in her hand and did nothing. What is even worse, one of them starts obviously laughing at her. When my wife mentioned this to Trey he did not really have a comment on the employees behavior.Again, this is not my usual style as mistakes do happen and I can understand that. What infuriates me is my wife standing on the sidewalk in plain view of employees and receiving no help and being laughed at in the process.
