Had the number three and it was FAbu loaded plate fast service the place looked skimpy because it was the weekend going back soon
The food is already precooked, even the boneless wings. This is sad, lazy, & disgusting. The staff always has an attitude. They get mad when you ask them to cook your food fresh. Then bring the food out in 2 mins lie & say it's fresh with cold toast, & cold & soggy fries. The fast food industry has really gotten worse.
This place was absolutely filthy. We stood there waiting to place our order for almost 10 minutes while the woman working the counter ignored us and complained loudly about having to do anything. When we decided to leave she could not care less. Another chicken joint was tickled pink to get my money.
Terrible service no thank you no sorry about your wait dropped the food turned around and walked away!
I brought a 10 piece hot wing with two extra ranches and what did I get no ranch at all. This is not the first time this done happened but I never said anything but the service was great but it’s just the point of my sauce I made it all the way home to Havana to realize no ranch. But the real reason I was coming was to get some celery and they was out like come on nie
They quit selling the best thing on the menu -Spicy Fried Mushrooms.I really enjoyed the spicy Zax Sauce with them, it is what it is! ;)
First time trying the Zaxby's chicken sandwich... I know, I know. I loved it. Rivals Hardee's and date I say a little bit b bigger and better. Have 4 stars because I ordered (outside to an attendant) NO pickles or ANYTHING else on sandwich. Came with wet pickles. Bleh.
The food was good, the service was as expected. But the portions were very small
Fast friendly service, food was good, just maybe fill the ice in the soda machine and get all the sodas filled in it, the last couple of times I went they didn't have any dr. Pepper nor cherry vanilla coke, but other than that the lobby was fairly clean except by the soda machine.
Food was warm at best. Fries on one order was good and hot, on the other again warm and not even a small size. Young lady who i presume is the manager went into back and made me a actual small fry. I didn't get her name but she corrected quickly and was nice about it. She had faux locks in her hair shoulder length and she was short make her general manageror give her a raise. Young man at register was very apologetic as well. Traveling and didn't want to sit long so didn't make a fuss about warm food.
