Passed through while traveling. We decided to try it and we're not disappointed. Customer service was very polite and they put together a clean atmosphere here. Great job!
Order the new chicken sandwich and it was terrible. Soggy bun, cold slice of cheese, and the chicken breast should have been filleted but it was all round and bulky. Fries were not hot... I should've checked my food before leaving the parking lot...lesson learned!
First, this is one of my favorites when traveling. The food was consistent in comparison with other locations. It takes alot to post negatives but the service was very disappointing to say the least. I'm not sure if this was just a bad day at work but the cashier at window was annoyed at our request of ketchup and napkins. She gave a stare down at our driver as if she was being bothered. I would definitely pass this spot next time and find another nearby location in the future. I hope this review is taken seriously and corrected for future experiences.
Sucks they STILL won't let you inside. Drive thru only April 2022. I left.

No dine in. Why is it so hard to update Google?Alot of vehicles don't fit in the drive thru and I don't appreciate having my time wasted
Currently is drive through only at this location but they employees are friendly and service is quick and accurate, especially during lunch rush. Traffic can be troublesome at times but overall great food for what it is.
The lobby is closed. But the Drive thru is very fast.
My go to Zaxbys. Food is always fresh..fingers a little salty but fresh.
