Ridiculously small amount of fried pickles for the amount I paid. Also didn't get my honey mustard that I paid for! Tried to call and of course no answer.
Love this fast food one of the best chicken around great price and big portions

Zaxbys at 2901 Mahan Dr, Tallahassee is TERRIBLE. Today it took over 35 minutes to get my online order for a Cobb Zalad! Each time I've ordered from here is a disaster. NEVER AGAIN! Staff is not trained and poor service.
My salad was fresh and delicious, one salad can easily fed two people
Signature Club Sandwich is my husband's favorite..I shy away from fried food..Drive thru is a obstacle course.
I dined in with my daughter who never had been there. I finally took her because I always thought Zaxby was over-rated. we waited 25 to 30 min plus for our food. They seem to only want to cater to takeouts and door dash.... I would have got my money back but it seemed it would take longer to do that. The food wasn't that great and my sandwich container was soaked in Buffalo sauce. My sandwich was in a pool of it. I was very disappointed!!! It was a reminder of why I don't go...The young man who took my order was the only pleasant experience. He was kind and seemed to care that I still hadn't received my order
It was of course busy, around 5ish.Did not give me my salad dressing.Did not give my wife salad dressing.Hopefully they give better customer service to others.My salad kinda tasted funny so I stopped eating it. Not sure why the garlic bread had a funny after taste as well. The dog was happy to eat it.Probably won't go back to that Zaxby's again.
Consistently bad service. Not only was there a 20 minute wait in the drive-thru with just one car in front of me, but they were out of ice, the carbonation wasn’t working so the cokes were flat, they got my order wrong and the fries had been dropped back in the oil to warm them up and were crunchy. The Zaxby’s on Capital Circle NE never has service issues so it must be the management at this location. Very disappointing. And then, of course, there is never an apology.
Friendly is the most important to us for the experience. The price was reasonable as well. They have some new drink selections that are fun too.
