Absolutely the worst fast food experience in town!! Terrible customer service and what’s more exasperating is the employees as well as the owners could care less. A sad representation of a once proud chain.
I don't know if today was a bad day or what. But we came through the drive thru and ordered two meals, 3 kiddie meals, and fried pickles. The person taking our order was rushing us after every items ordered. Then we are told to hold on before getting to the window. I can only imagine that is to keep the line from moving and the next car from ordering. Then we get our food and it is wrong. The girl at the window doesn't ask what is wrong just tells us what we got. We can see what we got and it is wrong! But she just closes the window. Really rude. I will bot be back to this location. I wish I could have given this no stars!
Walked in for an order, food was nice and fast, also fresh. The cherry on top (and why I give 5 stars) was because napkins and ketchup were included in the bag without me even asking. Coming from up north, I'm so used to getting stiffed on these things. It's the little things that count. Would buy again.
Short: Employees cuss and food was stale.Long: The attending employee at the drive-through was having a profanity laden conversation with a coworker and paid me no mind as they handed me my stale chicken sandwich meal. This has happened on more than one occasion and I now correlate this location with bad food and really unprofessional people. I won’t be back. This place looked at Chick-fil-A and decided to run it exactly the opposite? C’mon Zaxbys, you can do better!
Placed order inside and they got it all wrong. Ordered a 6 pc chicken plate w/double fries. My meal only came with 4 tenders. Talked to manager and went back to get free replacement, only to get burnt fries. Will not be getting anything else from this place!
Don't dine here if you are not black. These racist folks will disrespect you and make you wait twice as long if you are white. They only serve black folks here apparently. Reverse racism is real!!!!!!
Waited over ten minutes just for order to be taken in Drive thru. Told to wait once I drove up. After waiting a few minutes and no longer seeing any cars in the drive ahead of me I said Hello to prompt any communication from business, woman asked me to wait one more minute.. Then hearing click, click, click, click for 8 minutes I said hello again and finally allowed to place order. Had to pull up and wait for order, which I understand with family pak. Get my order and my family realizes right away all the food is not there. By this point I can't back up because I had to pull forward to wait, someone pulled in right behind me as I went to move, and I am pulling a trailer. Whip around the corner to stop and come straight back in with food to let them know what is missing. A couple of their employees acuse me of stealing the fries because they were cooked, but as I was telling them that I wasn't trying to steal their two fries they realized an employee had taken them. Some of the bread was burnt and two pieces were missing. Sauces were not right. Finally provided the missing fries, bread, and sauce. At first I thought they must be short staffed but no there were about twenty of them "working", half hidden up in one corner of the front service area. Very poor service, especially front staff.
Lady at the window tells me I am not allowed to get 2 sauces. Since when am I not allowed to buy an extra sauce? Then when handing the drink says they don't have straws. What kind of fast food place runs out of straws? While waiting for the food someone walked out of the building holding a straw. It seems like the staff at this location don't care at all. I'll be going to the one up the road next time.
They got my order wrong. The food was made sloppy and the bag and box were dirtyyy. the food also taste dirty. The chicken was dry
Order almost $50 worth of food. Didnt get the drinks right, didnt get all that ordered and didnt know til I got home. Chicken sandwich has the mayo or whatever sauce comes on it was all over ever box. Eat there a lot and it never comes out right. 10 people standing behind the counter and never gets right
