Had a medical emergency there and the manager was out of this world with her help and kindness. ❤️ I sure wish I knew her name. Once the entourage of EMS/TFD/TPD left, she insisted my son and I come in to calm our nerves and even bought my son dinner (I offered but she insisted) since we had a drive home to Georgia. All the staff went well above and beyond and very possibly saved my friend's life. Top notch for customer service! ? (And the food is always good!)
Work down the street. The last 4 orders have been wrong. All I ask for is no pickle on my club sandwhich. Tonight I got a plain chicken sandwhich with just zaxs sauce. I give up. If i wanted a plain chicken sandwhich i would go across the street. I guess it's that time. Atleast Chick filet gets my order right.
Make no mistake…these 5 stars only goes toward the friendly and courteous AND professional customer service I received from Justice, not the food quality nor the actual drive thru lady that took my order. Justice was assisting the drive thru lady and although the actual drive thru worker should have not been on the window because she was dry and sounded so over it (I guess she was frustrated with the soda machine) Justice took time to wipe my cup and secure the top of my drink because “ole salty” didn’t. She even informed me that the delay in getting my drink would be just a few minutes. My fries were mainly hard and two of my five piece traditional wings were fried too hard . So again, make no mistake 5 stars ONLY APPLIES to Justice exceptional customer service. This should be applied to the N. Monroe St (Tallahassee) location. I would have taken my food back for fresher food had it not been storming so badly.
This is quite possibly the worst Zaxbys I have ever been to. The food is never fresh and always looks awful. They are not apologetic and are really loud and rude behind the counter. The cashiers are having a pow wow as we speak behind the register, cursing in front of customers. They messed up my order and are now taking double the time to remake it. I am extremely disappointed and will never frequent this location ever ever again. Workers are incompetent. Male Manager on duty was ok.
Won't go back again. I've never had to be parked for so long just to get chicken fingers and a salad. I recommend you avoid this location.
Every time I come here, there's an issue. Ordered 2 sweet and spicy boneless wing meals online for pickup. Instead of receiving what I ordered, I came home with 1 teriyaki boneless wing meal and an order of 10 hotwings. Do better!
Had a poor customer service experience here. My wife accidentally put in the wrong time on a pickup order and called *immediately* to adjust the time, per the email receipt's instructions. When she called, they said they didn't have a way to adjust it but would try to figure something out. Looks like they didn't, and the food was cold and sweaty.
drive thru service is quite slow and my food was lukewarm when I got it, despite being pretty busy @9pm. I understand many places are short staffed but cold food during a busy time is never good…Also aside from slow moving drive thru lines: They have an employee outside to take your order (similar to chick fil a) but the ground in the ordering area is uneven and unsafe for the employees. I watched a woman twist her ankle last night and she had to be helped inside because she couldn’t walk on it. She was close to tears and they put her on register inside and had her keep working. I hope she’s doing better and that Zaxby’s offers her some type of workman’s comp for this one because the outside ordering area is definitely a work hazard.
I love their Wings n Things meal and make it a point to get this every time I come by. The meals are always so delicious and well worth your money!
They always take a long time and have never got my order correct, ever. It has been the same at all locations that I have been to. Occasionally I only order 1 item and it is ALWAYS still made incorrectly or the wrong item all together.
