Wing stop has a certain amount wings in the entrees. I spent $25 to get 1/4 wings just bone, all flappers, and one that was just bone. My boneless wings were very tiny, mostly fried bread.
Horrible, waited for an hour for the food just to find out that they gave it away to someone else. I wish I could rate this place 0 stars
Slowest the employees had attitudes with each other and customers. They took way longer with food. She said 20 mins and it's been 40. Absolutely ridiculous for wings and fries it's very slow.
The last 3 times I've visited this location the customer service has been atrocious. It doesn't matter if it's busy or not. The way that they treat the customers waiting is with complete indifference and have literally walked away from the counter and ignored customers repeatedly whenever people walk in.
We got the Wing Meal Deal which is great value for money. Service is a little slow. Food was great. Tried it for the first time Sunday for lunch. The dry rub was good asked for light seasoning.
If you are doing do dash all drinks are required to be filled by merchant per door dash policy, apparently they have their on policy here, where they will not fill the drinks for the customers and states the dasher has to if that’s the case, I mean I need to also be on their payroll, all orders including drinks are required to be sealed with a sticker for any orders being delivered it’s unsafe!
Horrible service, they won't take online orders or answer the phone 90% of the time. Staff is very lazy and careless.
We purchased 2 orders of spicy wings and one order with what we thought would be mild, as it was a barbecue flavor. The BBQ one was for my daughter but it was way too spicy for her and when I tasted them, they were really spicy to me too- though I love spice. We called and asked if our order was perhaps mixed up with another but it turns out that is just how the BBQ wings are. The restaurant was very kind and listened and responded politely. They also offered to replace the wings with a milder flavor. They did not do anything wrong, but still did their best to satisfy their customer. That was very kind and courteous- not something you always see. Very happy and thankful for our delicious food. The garlic parmesan replacement was perfect and my daughter loved them. Online hours of 11 am on Saturday is wrong. Doesn't open until 2. Guess I am not having wings for lunch at any wingstop in Tallahassee. Went out of my way to get to this one. ???
