The wings were good although they don't come with a dip, it has to be purchased separately.The wait time is ridiculous I got there at opening (11am) being the first customer and received my food @11:25 am, they prepared all the orders at the same time instead of in the order of purchase.. based on previous reviews this is a constant problem, and they must do better.
Longer wait time but good food. Sometimes you have to decide is it worth the wait time. If you have your mind setOn Wingstops wings then you can’t fuss about waiting. They definitely have made it clear that you will have a wait time. Wasn’t disappointed it’s always pretty good. I did try the rolls and they definitely weren’t what I had in mind. Nothing special when it comes to the rolls. They got really good ranch dip.
I'm hanging out in tally for a few days to celebrate my bday so I wanted to get alil chicken wings their the best. Thanks wing stop!!❤
Ordered online and it said it would take about 45 minutes. Arrived over an hour later, stood at the counter for over 10 minutes while me and several other customers were ignored by the staff who would look at you and then just disappear into the back, before finally having to flag someone down only to find out they had missed my order completely, as well as several other customers, and it would be an additional 45 minute wait. Had to get a refund and went to another location. I'll never be back, I would avoid this location like the plague. There are plenty of Wingstops in Tallahassee.
Went to this location for the first time. And it will be the LAST TIME also. My food was cold. I didn’t get the flavors I asked for. Drove home 20 minutes away. Got home . Was missing an order. Had to drive all the way BACK to get my food. Overall experience TERRIBLE. If I could give it no stars I would. $63 WASTED
Always have to wait. Why promise a time if not gonna be done. Better costumer service vs the other store though.
Wings were delicious, service was slow but there were only a few employees working and they were doing they're best to keep up with all the customers coming in.
No pep in the lemon pepper. Last two visits have resulted in the lemon pepper wings having not much flavor because the seasoning was off. Please go back to your original recipe.
I know they have staffing issues but if owner or managers hid in the back it doesn't help anything. Place is pretty dirty just look at the ceiling.
