Love wingstop they cook the chicken to perfection
For a place that has "wing" in the name, they are very underwhelming. Food is okay at best. You can do better at other places

This was the amount of grease on the bottom of the bag that I just picked up. I put this on my car seat and now it's ruined. The Parmesan garlic tenders were so salty nobody can eat them. I know the chicken is cooked in grease but this was all over the bottoms of the containers and soaked through the bag in my car. Will never be back and that's a shame, the lady up front was so sweet.
The manager on duty this afternoon wasn't honest or helpful first he lied and said he'd have to call the manager when my friend approached the counter with some coupons that we received from a elder at our church this morning then it took him 20 minutes to go in the back and pretend he made a phone call and came back and still refuse to accept the coupons I will no longer be doing business with this location and I would advise anyone else not to go there either
—5/5 worst restaurant i have ever encountered in USA. I placed online order and was told it would be ready in 28-33 mins. I went to pick it up after 50 mins and it took 1 hour 4O minutes for them to give me my order. I was told by the person working the register that it would be done in 5-10 minutes and i was behind 3 tickets. Later after like 30 minutes of waiting she told me 2 tickets. They were making orders of people right away even though i heard them say initially that person was 7 ticket behind. So they pick and choose whose order to make first. Also after my order was made the person making it (who i had talked to several times) just put it on the shelf instead of calling my name. When i received my food it was cold. The fries were burnt and tasted like cardboard, and the chicken tasted like mold. I believe the sauce are expired because i don’t think it is supposed to taste like mold. I spent $30 but did not eat any if it. This place is never getting my service.
Hour and 45 minute wait all for them to not call anyones orders so we got ice cold food after said wait.
Wings are fantastic store hours not so much they said they open at two still wasn't open after 3. The other store I like doesn't even open till 4.
If I could give it a ZERO I WOULD! ? I loved the ranch, well use to! I ordered 100.00 in food and got a large order of ranch. Every one of them including the the ranches that came with the meal where ALL BAD! They tasted like they’ve been left out the cooler for weeks! ?? the wings where horrible as well. They seemed like they had them fried and sitting for hrs then re-fried if you know what I mean. Everything was horrible including the unacceptable wait times! For the price it’s not worth it at all. Will be giving my business to A TOWN AND WING FACTORY FOR NOW ON!? They never fail to impress me with great quality food and superb customer service. Wingstop you are banned from my list!
Waited 45 mins for Chicken wings that was dry and burnt. Added waaaaay to much lemon pepper seasoning without asking couldn't enjoy the food. We trashed it, settled for Chinese. Management has to do better with their cooks.
