Service was reasonably quick. The order was delivered to our table without errors. Counterman was courteous and did check on us midway through the meal.
We ordered pickup online. It said it would be ready by 9:34. We didn’t get our food until 10:30. Will not be returning.
Horrible store and horrible customer courtesy! Went to the drive through (after seeing staff in there walking around INCLUDING the manager) and sat there in my car for 10 MINUTES and not ONE WORD was said to me about why they weren't serving anyone. A simple "why" would've been helpful but pettiness and disrespect is what I got through silence. I'll be calling corporate about this specific location. I'll be more than willing to take any of their jobs and do them 10 times better.
We don't have one of these where I'm from. And this place continues to amaze me. Even just a simple cheeseburger tastes like an actual cheeseburger unlike some other places we know... ?
430am nobody but me as a customer on property and I still had to wait for nobody to speak to me through the drive thru. These Whataburgers are honestly a awful experience all the way around,this was Tennessee street,so I drove to north Monroe and no help there they are sleeping on the tables. So now I'm at Thomasville street restaurant and people sleeping on the tables there as well. What a disgusting experience
Most expensive sandwich they have. Cold wilted. I asked should it look like this? They said no and made me another. Still wasn’t the quality of the other sandwiches which I gave 5 stars.ps it’s got guacamole on it and not slice or chunks like their ad.7.19$ for this
It really depends on witch whataburger u go to. My first time going was 2 years ago. That burger was so nasty I said I'll never go bank again. That was on Tennessee. That was a bad first time experience. When I went 2 weeks ago. The food was great.
Slow service, food was not good ,, it was not to our specification they had to remake it. I will not be back which is unfortunate because when I was a kid I used to like their food.
The chicken tender sandwhich I had was amazing aside from the fat glob in on section of it otherwise very well done and good food unfortunately I didn't pay for fat so it gets a 2 star reduction.
Whether you're going for breakfast, lunch or dinner it's always good. They keep enough staff on hand that the wait isn't bad on busy times. My favorite, the chicken fajita wrap.
