Asked for no tomatoes on the burger...got tomatoes. Kids meal was supposed to come with apple juice....got no apple juice. Made us pull up and brought order out. Didn't wait to make sure everything was right. Line was long so to go back through to get order correct would have taken too long.
Truly the best experience I have had at a fast food restaurant. Friendly staff clean and food was fast. Can't ask for more
I don't normally come to leave reviews, especially negative ones,, however I had to this time. I came through this location relatively early in the morning, at approximately 5:00am or so. It took almost 10 minutes for them to even answer the call box. When someone did, they informed me they were out of French fries and chicken. Okay. I ordered the Southern Bacon Burger and specifically said no cheese. Twice. It took almost another 10 minutes for me to get my food after being told they were also out of sweet tea. When I did get my food and checked it, it had cheese. Not coming back to this location.

Hit or miss. It use to be my favorite Whataburger. Now the service is spotty & you can't get early morning breakfast with regularity because they close the lobby & alot of times the drive thru is either closed or slow service.
Worst whataburger experience I have ever had. If I could give negative stars this deserves negative 5, food was cold when we got it and order was wrong, We asked for no onions on patty melt they put onions on it that scraped off. No apple for my moms salad not the employees in the kitchens fault it’s the poor management seeing as they were sitting in the back of the dining room talking instead of supporting their staff at the register or in the kitchen absolutely horrible. I lived in Katy Texas for 3 years and never had a bad experience. Was very excited to get Wataburger in Florida. But after this experience at this location I will wait till I’m in Texas again.
I have experienced multiple problems with this store. I'm a huge Whataburger fan but this store constantly struggles. Simple getting the order correct, misplacing my order, and timely manner. I'll drive out of my way to go to a different Whataburger before I come to this Whataburger.Moved it to a 1 star. This is absolutely the worse WB store there is. I'll never come here again and advise anyone to never come here.
Was in drive through at 315 on Feb 19. Sat in drive through for 35 minutes before leaving. While I was in two employees were slap fighting in the dining hall. Taking the fight to the floor as those in line watched through the window. I left.
They were extremely short staffed and the drive thru line was long, all I ordered was a burger and without asking for it, Tye the manager gave me a complimentary fry and a drink because of the wait. Excellent service.
