The new strawberry frosty was very good. Better than just a shake. Also had the $2 burger which was fresh and good.
Newly remodeled and the drive thru is already damaged. Could barely hear the employee talking...figured the speaker was damaged but found out she just didn't know how to speak loudly enough. Ordered two frostys and she didn't give us spoons but gave us straws. I asked for spoons and she handed me one. I then said could I have 2? She was very disgusted and handed me a second one with great irritation. As I pulled away I said that she didn't need to act so rude. Then she acted like she was throwing the counter out the window. Looked close to the car behind us. She was more concerned about talking to others than doing her job!
Went through the drive thru and order was wrong. No apology just a “pull up we’ll bring it out to you”. Several minutes later, another lady stands outside holding the bag with an attitude rather than bring it to our car. I ask her to wait while I double check the order and she gives a rude response and walks back inside. Thanks for fixing the order, but customer service is awful here
Worst Wendy's I've been too. Ordered food in drive thru and they had us pull into a parking spot and waited forever. They charged our card and said that it didn't go thru. My husband had to pull up the bank statement to show them it went thru. Must be some horrible management here.
Quick service. Extremely clean!!!!! Both the bathrooms and all of the tables were very clean. Best fast food experience I've had in a while. Their crew has it going on!!!!!
Didn't get what I ordered. Ordered a single big bacon classic. There was no bacon on it!
Stopped to grab a bite with our 2 toddlers. As we unloaded the girls from their cars seats and headed towards the building, a crewmember was attempting to enter but the side door was locked. We asked her if the dining room was closed. She mumbled something as she headed hurried around to the main entrance in which we followed, we got to the door seconds behind her just to find that it was locked. The crewmembers completely ignored us. We didn't care if we couldn't eat inside , we would even order them the drive thru - whatever. We simply needed to change a diaper while our 3 year old used the potty. All she needed to do was answer us- let us know the dining room was closed, and we would have moved on. Also- the hours stated they didn't close for another hour
Holy slow!!!! Waited at the drive thru for more than 10 minutes before getting to the order window. Then they had no dressing for my salad. I’m on a road trip from seeing my son headed back to Orlando area no other area to eat. I’d give them a higher rating but the wait was way too slow.
Both coke machines not working correctly, it's been like this for a month. Biggest problem, slow, slow, please put second register back in. Should not have been removed. The food is still very good. Get it together Wendy.
