They would not let us sit down. Would not give us a receipt. I found a giant strand of hair in my sandwich. I’m certain I was overcharged for what I ordered. Will not be returning.
WORST customer service. No respect. Waited 30 minutes for a waffle and some eggs. I don’t mind waiting but the service was just terrible. I felt disrespected, cashier told me I was asking for too much when I ask to package my food differently. She originally said no and then proceeded to say I was joking. On top of that she asked me if I was tipping. I don’t tip bad consumer service but you can have a thank you:)
Waitress was very nice. Food was ok. Bacon not cooked very well. It seems that all the Waffle House Restaurants aren't as good as they once were. The outside area is horribly littered and some locations are what I would call "filthy". What has happened to this chain?Y'all need to upgrade!
I don't know what is going on at this location, but they had 6 employees all standing around. There was a hand written sign on the door that said Togo only, but there were people sitting in several booths. They had no chili and no gravy when we tried to order. Then when we did order they told us to go wait in our car. Awful experience.
Extremely slow and they still don’t answer the phone!!!! Food was horrible they need people that want to work!!!
Love this place. The manager and servers are great. This is my new breakfast spot. You have got to try the breakfast bowls.
LAST NIGHT 4/22/22 I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE ME & MY HUSBAND PLACED A TO GO ORDER. OUR ORDER WAS WRONG & UNDER COOKED. I CALLED ALL NIGHT & A FEW MINUTES AGO NO ANSWER. WE WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN.
Great Texas bacon melt and good tasking waffles. The coffee was tasty as well. The workers are nice and the atmosphere is good.
As expected. Quick and hot breakfast. Waffles are always good.
Always fresh ? and delicious servers good eager to satisfy down home feel taste like Mom is back there cooking Man that's powerful stuff go there with sis often but not often enough
