The food was delicious, good customer service & nice atmosphere. The restaurant has a lot of items to choose from: shrimp, scallops, crab, fish, squid, octopus, steak, pork, chicken, beef ribs, pork belly, broccoli, bok choy, cauliflower, shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, noodles, desserts, variety of teas and much more.
Amazing experience! We've been to other Hot Pots in the past and this was our favorite. Good variety and exceptional customer service. I asked if they would suggest some sauce combinations and they went above and beyond to create a couple and bring to our table. Sierra was our server and did an excellent job. Highly recommend..
What a fun place! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here tonight, and it was wonderful! Our server Alexandra was so helpful, and explained the whole process to us. We couldn't have asked for a better guide. The food was great, and a huge variety to choose from. It was clean, well organized, and a really great experience. We will defiantly be back!
Good experience with one of the better selections of food that I have seen at a hot pot place. They even had woodear mushrooms and quail eggs! Our waitress was newer and did not explain cooking times as I have experienced in the past, even saying that she had not done it herself??? I had to ask about the sesame oil as it barely had any flavor and was shown a jug that it comes in. Honestly, it was probably just poorer bulk quality. The manager was friendly though and suggested I use the sesame paste. I would probably return and overall had a good experience.
This was our first time trying hot pot, and it was an amazing experience! This place is very nice, clean, and the staff goes above and beyond to make your visit comfortable and easy. This is a great place to go on a date, bring your family or hang out with friends.Their food is delicious. The ambiance is great and the service is perfect. Very friendly staff and very professional. Especially our server Theo. He made our time at the restaurant special and unforgettable.Will definitely come back again! 10/10 will definitely recommend to everyone I know. This is probably one of my favorite spots in Tallahassee and I am always thankful that we have a place like this because tally could really use a little more diversity. Anyway the food is excellent and you have fun cooking it (yes some will complain about cooking your own food but it’s part of the cultural experience). It’s all you can eat and super clean. When it’s a busy night you’ll have to wait a little but it’s always worth it. The staff is so great. There’s a woman who always greets us and calls us her good luck charms because the place is always busy the nights we go (because it’s a weekend) but either way it’s sweet and I love it. You have to pay the extra $2 bucks and get the bbq grill as well. Remember you gotta make sauces and add garlic, salts etc to the meats on the grill. Don’t just throw things on and complain about lack of taste. This place is awesome if you do it right!!!Soup broths: most popular tom yum (has a lot of lime), I also love the spicy (not that spicy), and the pork bone!
The food was fresh, delicious, and an enjoyable experience. We did both the hot pot and bbq. Just a great meal worth the money and time.
First time at this hotpot spot. I been to others. It's was about the same. Excellent server very helpful, professional well spoken and had a great attitude. Very fast in setting up the hotpot table and bring everything we needed to get started. Quality choices of things to choose from meats seafood and veggies. Nothing about this place was a miss. I only had one small thing that I observed was some people didnt follow the rule about wearing of the gloves at the bar. That was my only this appointment. I know you can't watch everything and everyone. I also judge place by how well they keep the bathroom. On a scale of 10 being excellent. And 1 being disgusting. I will give it a 4 1/2 the lighting was bad it could've been cleaner. And paper towels could've been in the dispenser. Not on the back of the toilet where everyone touches the rolls. Not very hygienic.
Great food. This was my first visit. Our waitress Sammy was awesome! She explained everything and made it super fun. I can’t wait to go back.
If you’re new, this is basically a buffet style place where you cook your own food at the table. It’s all you can eat! I went during the Omicron breakout, so there was not a conveyer but it was buffet style.It was really delicious. Our server explained everything really well and made sure we were taken care of. Their desserts were unique and delicious. I absolutely loved this place and will revisit in the future!
