I was honestly pretty disappointed in this visit. The atmosphere is so aesthetically pleasing, and the whole idea behind it is just everything I enjoy about eating healthy food. However, the bathrooms were gross. Huuuge turn off for me. On top of that, they weren’t offering poké bowls during my visit and the other food for the bowls looked old and not appetizing. I half enjoyed the bowl I got anyways due to trying to give it a shot.
Order through Uber and everytime something has been missing. The food is slopped out the sides of the bowls. Part can be attributed to toting it one place to another, but missing food every time? Need a better system people!I might not do this again.
This was our first time here and decided to order full vegan! To my surprise I didn’t crave for a typical food I order. It was so tasty. The gentleman that helped us and explain how the process work was extremely accommodating which even makes our experience more enjoyable! Definitely recommended and this motivates me to consider vegan food.

Ordered a BYO Regular Bowl for takeout. The Teriyaki Oumph Chickpea Medley (Vegan) was way too salty and the Sweet Potato Mash was missing. There was also one ingredient which I could not recognize. Overall, a disappointing experience.Update: the manager followed up with me and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Thank you, I appreciate this.

The food is fresh and has flavor. This place is great for vegetarians. The atmosphere is clean and open. This is a great place to eat and relax for a few minutes.
Sunny and his staff took care of our large group order with professionalism and thoroughness. From start to finish, Sunny made sure our group was taken care of and that we had everything we needed. We pre-ordered our meals and they had them ready for us when we arrived. We ate outside in their outdoor seating area which was nice. Thank you Sunny and staff and well done.
Food is delicious BUT NEVER has our order ever been assembled correctly or packed in a manner to not have it smashed. This is our third attempt at ordering from Vale but it will definitely be our last! Totally disappointed in their lack of dealing with the customer directly instead of thru the Uber driver during the prepping stage and subsequent nonexistent follow thru after calling to complain. Not worth the headache and trouble of dealing with them again.
Vale Food Co. is hands-down my favorite restaurant. The food is amazing, healthy, flavorful, and so quick/convenient. There is always a good variety, and the options are always satisfying.
