We've gone here for years, but it's over. The place is dirty as heck and when they screw up now there is no apology, no matter how much money you have spent there. They have become like every other establishment with terrible management. Look at the inspection violations. Made me feel a tiny better about never going back. Though I'm sad we ever supported them, now.
Uncle Maddios Mahan and Apalachee locations went above and beyond to make it right with me. I loved my experience here! We pick up and they did great with our order, everyone in the office also got impressed with the quality of our order today! The calzone was incredible. Their crust is delicious and the sauce and toppings were fresh and flavorful. The customer service was incredible and I just want to say thank you for taking such great care of your clients. Would definitely recommend Maddios to anyone looking for some great calzone/pizza.
We have enjoyed eating here in the past but we were incredibly disappointed in our meals last night. We ordered a steak calzone and chicken Caesar salad to go. The calzone bread was soggy and had very little steak. The salad wasn’t very good either. I’m hoping that it was just an off night but I’m not sure if I will bother trying it again. There’s too many other great places to eat.

My kids and I love going here. They love to watch them make their pizzas. I wish we had on closer to our side of town.
Completely disgusted and disappointed. I went to Maddios to get the girls and I dinner I ordered four pizzas we sat waiting while other people had been waiting for a very long time. They give me the pizzas I walk out to my car with three young kids open the pizzas pass them out to find out one of them was not right. I took the pizza back inside and told him I was given the wrong pizza where they informed me that their computer doesn’t show what is on the pizza for each order it only shows how many toppings. The pizza they gave me have more than one topping as my pizza should’ve had. They proceeded to take the pizza from me walking across the restaurant and gave it to a gentleman who had been waiting long enough that his whole family had gotten their food and eating their food. I saw this and walked back to the counter and asked if they really just gave him the pizza I brought back in where all the customers said quickly YES LIKE OH MY GOODNESS THAT WOULD NOT BE OK IN A NORMAL WORLD AND DEFINITELY NOT IN A COVID WORLD ??

Guess I missed the sign that says "let us know if you want your pizza crispy". Pizza had great flavor, but...., a soggy crust doesn't sit too well with my palate. I'll definitely make a second trip and definitely remember to ask for the pizza to be crispy. I carried a couple of pieces left over to the house and heated it up and it was better. Just wish it was like that when I sat down inside in the restaurant to eat it.
They have some of the best pizza in town. They will also cook half way done , then you can take it home and finish in the oven Nd its fresh. Highly recommended
