We ordered food at the counter only to get home and find out it was not what we ordered. Ended up with something I do not eat, so It went into the trash. Very disappointing.
I've been in drive thru line for 20 minutes. I have already paid online, but can't walk very well right now to go in and pick up. They won't answer phone.
I always order the same smoothie “ Bahama Mama” and it always taste the same PERFECT no matter the location . On Thursday I visited the Thomasville Road location and my smoothie taste like to much ice was added. It wasn’t as thick and didn’t have as much flavor. 4 stars because the service was excellent i will try again next week.
I waited in drive thru for atleast 15 minutes no one came to the window to acknowledge me. I went inside to place an order and asked why no one ever came to drive thru, her excuse was she was dealing with another customer. This place is very unprofessional, they lack customer service skills.Everyone here should be fired.
This used to be a location I loved so would frequent however it’s terrible now! Did the owner of this franchise given up? I have experienced almost everything every other bad review on google has echoed. Technical difficulties is an understatement.
I ordered , a smoothie and a wrap, the smoothie was good but the wrap was poorly made and thrown together.
Watery smoothie and a wrap that was not made correctly. Poor customer service and training. Waited 30 minutes to place my order.
I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, just not this location. The woman today, I a green Gator jacket, was incredibly off putting. Her greeting was unwelcoming, he tone was annoyed and she rushed me through my order. Handed my card back with a heavy flick of her wrist and a turned away face. Just not a, "definitely want to spend my hard earned money here!" The only thing saving me from being totally done with this place is the second woman I had interaction with, she was pleasant and kind. Refreshing change from the first impression in this visit.
The manager had a nasty attitude after she made my wrap wrong…. How she gone beat me getting mad when she was the one wrong ??♂️??♂️
There’s better Tropical Smoothies in Tally. Smoothie was great but customer service just isn’t it at this location.
